Just a short 8 minute walk to the famous GOTL strip or head west for a quick 2 minute walk until you reach the bike/walking trail. Beach access is just a few steps away.

Had a wonderful stay in an adorable neighborhood so close to the strip and the water. Communication with the owner was wonderful.

Good Location

We had a good stay, the cottage was pretty close to the strip and walking trail which was nice. It is also a short drive to the state park for the beach too, which isn’t bad either. We thought that we were going to have our own beach access but it is at your own risk which we did not know about until we arrived. The place is nice but we had to sweep before we

Trip to beach

We wanted a place that was close to the beach, had an enclosed porch, space for kids to run around, and that felt like a home away from home. This cottage was perfect and we will make it our go to place.

Quick get away

This place was the perfect size for the 3 of us to visit GOTL. Close to the strip but just far enough away. The water access was great and the weather was perfect.

Perfect summer

The cottage was perfect for our 4 days stay at Erie lake. The lake’s breeze, the view. The house had all we need. Lovely time!

Perfection

Perfect get a way cottage. Plenty of utensils and appliances. Nice bedding, air contained rooms, soft bath towels. Can’t wait to go back.

Enjoyable weekend getaway!!

This is a beautiful cottage and met every possible need, from room sizes, comfortable beds, AC (as it was very hot), lake access and town access. My favorite area was the closed in porch. I will definitely stay at thie property again! Working with Frances was great as well, she is very communicative and accommodating! Thanks again for opening up your home away from home to me, my sister and friends.

Wonderful!

We came up for Thunder on the Strip. This place was the perfect distance away. We were close enough to walk downtown but far enough away that we were able to get away from the commotion. Fran made check in very easy and the check out requirements were simple and reasonable. We'll definitely stay here again!

Labor Day wkend

Had a wonderful time! Loved the cottage, perfect size for the 6 of us. Not far from the strip, although we rented a golf cart so the kids could enjoy. Had beach access and beautiful view for watching the sunset. Place was very clean, we plan on renting again. Fran the host was absolutely wonderful.

Great location, love the porch swing!

We had a nice long weekend. The location of the cottage is close enough to walk to everything but we did rent a golf cart just for the fun of it. We loved sitting on the porch and looking at the lake. It’s so beautiful and peaceful. Communication with the owner was very efficient! Fran was quick to reply and assist with our questions. This is a great place to stay.

It was our yearly family vacation, didn't get the sunset views we were hoping for due to weather and the smoke out of Canada. But still had a good time. Very quiet street and close enough to the strip we could walk or drive. The only thing negative i can say was the bed was not comfortable to me but we like a firmer mattress. But would still highly recommend this house.

Classic Lake Cottage Experience

The cottage is everything you dream of in lakefront getaway. Great location in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown, magnificent sunset view, enclosed porch with lake breezes and a swing. The lake access was handy and great for sunrises and sunsets. Vintage cottage decor with all the necessary conveniences. The property owner is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Amazing Property!

Oh my goodness, this was my trip first trip to Geneva on the Lake and I don’t think I will ever stay anywhere else. This property was just as wonderful as it looks in the pictures. The house was clean, and it felt like home. It’s located just far enough away from the downtown area that you can walk to it and enjoy it, but you’re not in the middle of everything. The owner was great with communication, although there were not any problems at all. I cannot wait to go back.

Central Location, Family Friendly Cottage

This cottage is the perfect blend of charming and modern. Nice updated kitchen and bathroom. Can see the lake from the front porch. It worked very well for our three kids ages 7, 4, and 3 with some toys and games stocked in the cottage! Plus the screened in porch made for a place to play without worrying that a kid would escape :) We will be back!

Family vacation

Wonderful cottage. Perfect for our family. Close enough to the local attractions but far enough away for quietness of the evening. Beach access/stairs was a little damaged from storms, i assume and not peoperty owner fault but still wonderful and close for easy beach days. Loved the chairs by the water for sunsets. Cottage had perfect amenities ie; towels, sheets, some spices and kitchenware. Games for rainy day. Host was attentive to any needs and easy check in and check out. Will return for sure if decide to go again.

Great location close to the strip!

The host was friendly and extremely responsive! The view would have been awesome from the wonderful screened porch, if it weren’t for the trailer next door blocking it. The beds were not the most comfortable, and you may want to bring your own comfy blankets as well as an iron or steamer, as one wasn’t supplied. We never got the Wi-Fi to work even with multiple attempts and reaching back out to the host, which did impact the time at the cottage but our time out enjoying the strip and local restaurants was so much fun!

Wonderful house by the lake

We had an amazing trip to GOTL and so much of our enjoyment came from the property we stayed in. The owner stopped by a couple times to check to see if we needed anything and was very responsive when we had a question or two about the wifi. The house was very clean and just as described. The location to the lake was awesome and the private beach was a huge plus. The walk to the strip was about 8-10 min (depending on how fast you walked :) ). The street itself was very quiet. There is also a little convenient store about a 5 min walk down the road.....very handy for ice, beer, snacks, etc.... Overall, we loved our stay and are definitely planning on returning. Thanks for everything Fran!

Too early in the season

We loved the little house and the hosts were very gracious to adjust our booking last minute. We had a great time beinghomebodies andcatching up. Our neighbors toward the lake blocked out the view from the porch with a large work trailer and the town was all but closed, so we had to venture farther away than expected for meals,etc. The nearby park and bike route were great, with lovely sunsets. Nothing ws open until Memorial Day and we were there one weekend too early. The house had all that we needed though, and I bet in the summer there is a ton to do!

Quiet comfortable convenient location

The property managers were very helpful to book with and communicate with. As the owner states enter the beach at your own risk. It wasn’t difficult to get to with our 8 and 4 year olds . It turned out to be our favorite spot! We had a very nice toluene . Nice views. We walked / kids rode bikes to most places we went. We aren’t late night people so we came back and played some games provided at the cottage. After the kids would go to sleep we could sit on the screened in porch. Very relaxing . The property is very clean and conveniently located to the main strip.

First impression, HOW NICE~ The enclosed porch is very beachy and comfortable! The inside just as nice clean and exactly what we needed for our vacation. Just outside the door, is Lake Erie and all its splendor. Just a beautiful place to stay

Awesome cottage with wonderful views

This is a great spot right on the lake. It was perfect for a girls trip. There is a slight amp issue with visitors just being mindful of what is plugged in and running. The house is very comfortable and the enclosed porch is just great to sit and watch the lake. I would definately stay again.

This cozy cottage has gorgeous lake views from the front porch with beach access (please access and swim at your own risk). You can view the gorgeous sunsets on the hillside and then take an 8 minute walk into town. Since Turner's Inn is not located directly on the strip, you can decide if you want a quiet and relaxing night in, or take an 8 minute walk to the strip for a fun night out! It is truly the best of both worlds.
