SKI VIEW on 18 | Schuss Mountain | Bellaire

Summary:
Enjoy the beautiful year round views from this recently updated condo overlooking both the golf course and ski hill in Schuss Village at Shanty Creek Resort. Very close  to Schuss Mountain for winter down hill skiing (within  4/10 of a mile walking distance to the ski hill). This open floor plan unit gives all of the comforts, 1 bedroom on the main floor, with an open loft 2nd sleeping area upstairs, 2 bathrooms, living room area with fireplace.  This condo is the entire 2nd floor of the building. Enjoy being outside on the deck, on the ski hill or golf course. This condo also comes with a pool pass for the Lakeview pool at Shanty as well as the pool at Schuss Mountain. There are 6 golf courses in the immediate vicinity of the condo for your playing enjoyment.  The courses accommodate all levels of play.  Schuss Mountain offers some great opportunities for skiing for the beginner, intermediate or advanced skier or snowboarder.  Shanty Creek Resort offers several different dining options for your enjoyment and don't forget Short's Brewery in downtown Bellaire.  Whatever you choose to do this condo is centrally located so you can get to your destination quickly.  If you are interested in boating Torch Lake or the entire chain of lakes,  bring your boat.

Other Things to Note:
There is a boat/trailer parking lot just a couple blocks away.
We require renters to be 25 years of age or older.

Long relaxing weekend

Perfect spot to stay with friends for a long weekend. It is close to things to do yet far enough to have peace and quiet on the golf course.

Perfect location for Torch Vacation & golf

Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, great view of Schuss hole 18 and close toball the local favorites like Shorts Brewery & Torch Lake w/ parking available for boats & toys. Will rent here again

Our stay at the condo was very nice, a great place to use to make day trips in northern Michigan. Access was seamless and the unit was well furnished (but bring your own shampoo and soap). The wrap-around deck was nice, a great place for morning coffee. We will go again.

A few days on Torch Lake

We had a great stay here with two couples. The location is perfect for enjoying the town of Bellaire, Torch Lake, and everything in between. The condo is in excellent condition, super clean, and exactly what we expected from the listing. The property managers were communicative and very helpful in advance of our arrival. All around a really nice getaway. We would definitely come back.

It was difficult to locate in the dark, but we called Jill and she was very helpful. Once we arrived, we found this condo was so clean and well stocked. My teens liked the loft area away from us parents.

Snowboard Outing Winter Break

Whenever you rent one never knows what you're getting. We really enjoyed the condo, the views of the mountain especially at night, and proximity to the slopes. The condo was clean, comfortable and perfect for us! Thank you for making this a great experience!

Loved it !

The management company was excellent in responding to a couple questions - very patient and kind! The condo is very very private being a stand-alone building with only 3 units and no other buildings next to it. It is spacious and was stocked with everything we needed. All the beds were comfy - the king bed being firm & the queens being medium soft. The linens were high quality- we actually slept-in (which never happens for us with rentals). Loved the bathrooms! The wrap-around deck is amazing with gorgeous views of the golf course & ski hills. There is a deck table w/umbrella and 8 chairs; a portable gas grill & a charcoal grill. If you need extra space, the ground floor, 1-bedroom directly below is also available for rent. Hiking/biking trails are right out the front door as well as quaint villages & lakes/rivers a short drive away. The resort property is well-maintained with several fun places to eat/drink. We highly recommend this unit and management company!

Sky view condo

Great location close to many of our favorite areas, i.e., Bellaire, Alden, Torch Lake. All the necessities were provided and the beds were comfortable! We enjoyed sitting on the deck with the view of the golf course. Great area for walking and/or biking too.

This place has everything you need and more. It was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The only issue I had is that the property manager told me not to follow directions from my GPS and gave me other directions (which were incorrect) and we were lost for a hour.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Comfortable and roomy, and the deck is very enjoyable. Make sure to read the directions from the property manager and don’t rely on GPS—those instructions were key!

Fab condo - just hard to find

The condo was wonderful - great views, and access to skiing. The only frustration was finding this wonderful gem. GPS didn’t work, poor signage and less than helpful written directions were a problem. Even the shuttle driver from Schuss couldn’t help. Once we found our way, we were delighted with the property.
