Living room, sunroom, back deck for gatherings gas grill, fire ring with firewood supplied, 5 min walk to the water, public boat ramp(fee) fenced in back yard. Free wifi, washer and dryer beautiful Lake Erie (3 miles), the Port Clinton city park/playground downtown restaurants, bars, shopping, the Jet Express ferry (5 miles) and fishing charters (4.0 mile). It has new flooring and paint, Plenty of parking, and outdoor seating Home is air conditioned, each bedroom has a ceiling fan and closets. Kitchen has microwave, gas stove and water/ice through the door side by side refrigerator. Will comfortably sleep six with possibilities for 2 more on futon or supplied blow up matress
Kitchen has mixer ,blender, crock pots coffee maker with filters provided coffee, plenty of dishes for gatherings
bath has misc shampoos, 3 rolls of toilet paper provided .
Fish cleaning table and stainless pans.

Fishing/Vacation

The house is cozy. We really enjoyed staying there and grilling on the back deck. We brought our boat and there was plenty of room for parking. I highly recommend staying.

Nice place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was the backyard needed to be mowed which made it a bit uncomfortable for our dog, but she loved how big the yard was! Had a minor issue with the tv that Tammy helped us resolve quickly!

2 night getaway

We absolutely loved staying at this property with our 2 dogs, the fenced in backyard was clean, spacious, shaded and very relaxing for all of us! The house had everything you needed and I loved that coffee and creamer/sugar were already there, so convenient!!! Great parking, Great Owners and we WILL be back! Thank you so much!

Great Family Time

It had everything we needed and more! We brought our two Minnie Doodles and they loved the large back yard. The place was clean and well stocked for any needs we had. It was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. It was great to get there after two long days of sight-seeing. It felt so peaceful and relaxing. I will definitely look at the other two properties as well as this one in the future. Tammy was an awesome host and was ready to help at a moment's notice. The family loved the place and said I did a good job picking the best place.

Weekend Stay

Overall, our stay was good. Tammy is very nice and easy to work with. Two complaints: 1) TV is streaming only, although the listing on VRBO said satellite/cable and Smart TV. 2) Although Tammy was very accommodating with my requests, I didn't like having to text her to adjust the thermostat (Smart thermostat that requires an access code)

Weather didn’t cooperate … property is awesome!

This home was exactly as described! I picked it because of the outdoor ambience. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate. Tammy is an outstanding hostess. She went above and beyond and blocked an area of fencing so my little Yorkie couldn’t get out. We had to improvise our family activities because of the rain but we still managed to have a wonderful time. She asked for suggestions and I think for families like mine it would be nice to have board games, playing cards, and jigsaw puzzles available for rainy days. Thank you for providing a place for me to celebrate my birthday with my family! 💗💗

I have to be honest . . .

Half used items in frig, yard desperately needed mowed, house has spider webs/spiders all over. House could use a powerwash. A weird musty / urine smell inside. You can't open windows as insides are full of crud/spiders. Nowhere to put trash, owner said to throw in garage, there were r other bags of trash already. Honestly would have left, but holiday weekend with w dogs and granddaughter, knew we wouldn't find a place. Wouldn't stay again!

Great house and Dog friendly!

The house was a nice size and very comfortable. Great yard for us to let our dog out to run.; Had all the accommodations you need to cook and more. TIt was nicely furnished and we had plenty of room. Tammy was great. . We loved our stay and will definitely stay there again.

The house was located on a quiet road within walking distance to the shore. There was a deck with a grill and a nice sized fenced in backyard. Tammy supplied everything needed, and there was a ful.ly equipped kitchen.

Close to home vacation

Had a great time at put-in-bay, cedar point, national maritime museum, etc. house was great, went above and beyond on supplies, enjoyed the grill and deck, and our dogs were thrilled with the fenced in yard.

Great property!

Nice house, great host! The yard is large and fenced with plenty of shade trees. Plenty of parking. Really a nice stay. The only thing to note is that property backs up to a commercial campground. Not an issue as far as I was concerned, but something to be aware of. Again, we had an absolute great time, would stay again.
