The location, perfect. The set up of the condo, perfect. The condo complex was nice and quiet. Bonus that it was right next to ice cream at Kellerhaus. The only issue we had was the cleanliness. Every dish we used we had to wash before we used it because it was greasy. We found rogue pills in one of the drawers in the primary bedroom. And when we went to bath I grabbed the towel only to find out somebody else’s full face of make up was on the inside of it. I suspect that they may need to hire a new company to clean their condo.

We had an awesome stay. Great information left for directions. Did find pool activity code changes. But people nice to let us in. Did find clothing under bed and empty cookie wrappers in the couch. The ac in main bedroom not as cool as the larger room. All in all a perfect weather wise week and just relaxed and had a good time.

Perfect location

Came up for bike week. Place was a perfect location for Weirs Beach. Hostess was patient with me collecting information for the guys staying with us. Check in was smooth. She was super quick to respond to the questions I asked!

Comfortable with issues.

This property is ideally situated for surrounding attractions and towns. Other than for Weirs Beach itself a car is needed.On arrival we had to locate clean linen to make up the bed and the balcony was in a poor state with the chairs and table needing washing down and debris from a fallen nest and dirt. The baths/showers were not clean.It seemed that there had not been a pre-stay visit in spite of us booking a 6 day stay.In spite of the above we had a great time in the area.The owner Sal did help us with an issue relating to the complex.Some attention needed to this property to be at the standard as described.

Great weekend getaway

Location was great although I wouldn’t recommend walking anywhere because most people will not get back up that hill without a struggle. Condo had easy checkin, was super clean and pretty view. Would definitely stay again.

Great vacation

The property was wonderful. Great location and the condo fit our family of 5 so comfortably. Also, the hosts were easy to reach when we reached out with a question. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great getaway!

There were four adults and three kids for our stay, kids aged 1-4. It was the perfect amount of space. Awesome walking distance to the Witches Brew Pub. It is not walking distance to the beach, way too busy of a road and too steep of a hill with kids to walk back & fourth but easy parking and still a great location to the little town. The master bedroom AC unit wasn’t working but owners were responsive and we were able to cool off the condo with the unit in the living room. There were a couple of grills by the pool that we were able to use and nice tables to enjoy our dinner outside! The kids enjoyed the playground in the early morning hours before the pool opened. No complaints, great long weekend away!

Beach Visit

My family had a wonderful stay at the Condo. It was a great location. Close to the New Hampshire Pavilion, Weirs Beach, Laconia and Lake Winnipesaukee. This is the second year in a row we have stayed here and love it. It's a perfect fit.

Good

Condo amenities and location are excellent. The apartment itself was somewhat dated and the wall AC units were not in great condition. The kitchen is very small but fine if you don’t plan to cook. My family enjoyed this location as a comfortable landing place between excursions.

Excellent location by Weirs Beach

My family and I had a great time here - awesome location, comfortable condo, and perfect amount of space. We loved the short walk to Weirs Beach and the boardwalk, and having a pool close by/onsite was ideal. Christina was very responsive and a great host.

The condo was clean and comfortable for 5 of us! We enjoyed that it was located close to the pool and walking distance to lake/main attractions. The walk back from the lake is uphill, might be better to drive if you have little ones or have trouble with walking uphill. Loved that we could watch the sunrise over the lake from the deck!

Relaxing Stay

Two of my 50 year old lifetime friends & myself enjoyed a long weekend. Boardwalk and beach are on a vigorous walk down then back up a very pitched area, but the pool onsite and the view of the ocean were very nice. Another perk is the condo is only 3-4 miles to a concert venue which we attended. Uber is limited in the area.

Great little spot

Pretty quiet place on a side street, walking distance to the weirs beach downtown area. Great setup of bedrooms on either side of the unit from each other, and comfortable living / kitchen area. Would definetly consider staying here again!

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay here while participating in the Francis Piche races. The building seems old, but this unit is nicely cared for. The beds were comfy and the place was very clean. There were plenty of kitchen accessories. My one complaint is that after one shower the water went luke warm and then cold. With 5 of us there, we had to spread our showers out to get hot water. That was a bit of a nuisance. Everything else was great!!
