Pocono Family Getaway - Relax in Wooded Arrowhead Lakeside Community!

Nestled in a wooded community surrounding Arrowhead Lake in the heart of the Pocono Mountains, our home offers a spacious getaway for larger families and groups. The Pocono Family Getaway was created by our large family for yours with the hope that you will relax, unwind, and leave with memories that will last a lifetime.

The Space -
This renovated cabin is located within the gated, award winning Arrowhead Lake Community along a gravel wooded road. In addition to our spacious home, you will have access to four beaches with picnic and playground areas, three heated outdoor swimming pools (seasonal), numerous tennis and basketball courts, and a charming, rustic lodge with fitness room, library, pool tables, and more. We include all community amenity fees for up to 15 people in our nightly rate!

Living Room -
With a cathedral ceiling, this space is flooded with natural light from the floor to ceiling windows. Three comfortable sofas and two huge bean bags provide a place for everyone to recline, read a good book, and unwind.

Dining Room -
Gather your family around the huge extendable wooden table that easily seats 15-20 people. The wooden coffee bar offers a Keurig, standard 12-cup maker, and mugs for everyone. Cozy up on the couch by the fireplace in the end nook.

Kitchen -
The spacious and fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prep and enjoy meals with everyone! Includes a stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender, skillet, dinnerware, crockpots, and plenty of pans and cookware.

Bedrooms –
Everyone can rest in six comfortable bedrooms, all linens included. Three bathrooms are stocked with towels and basic supplies. Each floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom with king bed and attached bath as well as a small bedroom with two single beds. The main floor includes a full bath and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Two more bedrooms and a bath are located in the basement. Additional cots are available to use. All linens, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided.

Rec Room –
The ground level rec room provides extra room for play with a pool table, kids toys, and additional couches.

Outdoor Deck & Fire Pit -
Relax under a canopy of trees on the outdoor deck where you will frequently see deer and wildlife roaming through the trees. Plenty of firewood is available to use with the Brio smokeless pit and the gas grill makes it easy to BBQ.

WIFI -
Free fast WIFI is available for your convenience.

Laundry Room -
A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Laundry soap is included.

Children are Welcome –
Children's toys, highchair, booster, crib, and a child safety gate for the stairs make our home easy to enjoy with kids.

Access -
Guests have full access to our home. A convenient driveway-level entrance to the laundry room gives easy access for dry skis and boots in the winter. An inclined sidewalk and ramp provide accessibility to the main floor for elderly and disabled people without using steps.

The renter is required to send number of guests (15 max) and vehicle information (6 max) to the host 5 days prior to the reservation. The host will register all guests and vehicles with the community. Arrowhead Lake Community will email electronic gate cards and amenity passes 24 hours prior to check-in. Upon your arrival you will be able to access all the amenities listed in the community.

Parking -
The Esh family Getaway is located in a secluded area of the community with little traffic on the unpaved road. There is enough parking for max of 6 vehicles.

It is IMPORTANT to note that our home is located within the private, gated community of Arrowhead Lake. We will reach out to you after you complete your booking to collect all the needed information to register you with the Arrowhead Lake Community. This information will be needed no less than 5 days prior to your stay OR YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENTER THE COMMUNITY! Photo ID may be required upon check - in.

Please be aware that our home is within a community that offers a large variety of amenities for you to enjoy during your stay. By booking our home, you understand amenities are not guaranteed. Please understand any Arrowhead Lake Community amenities are provided by the community and not by us as the host. We are not able to issue any refunds for any amenity offered by Arrowhead Lake Community that is unavailable for any part of your stay.

The 3 heated pools in the Arrowhead Lake Community are usually open starting Memorial Day Weekend and close for the season on Labor Day. Pool hours are subject to change by Arrowhead Lake Community Association.
