Monterey Country Club Living is Pretty Amazing

When you stop and look around you begin to realize that life is pretty Amazing especially when you’re at Monterey Country Club in Pam Desert. This 2bedroom, 2 baths, newly upgraded 1,347 sq. ft. single story condo on the golf course is spacious, sunny, and relaxing. Park your car in the private 2 car garage. The home is bright, quiet, very clean with new modern tasteful furniture, the cathedral high ceilings in the living room have a rejuvenating feel the minute you walk into the house only to see a 65" flat screen TV hanging on the wall over the fireplace, with views of the golf course, a wet bar, new floors, and a stone 8 person dining table. Both rooms have queen size beds, the master bedroom has a fold-up bed in the closet, the master bedroom has a private bathroom which has just been remodeled. The second bathroom has a combined tub and shower. There is ample closet space, flat screen TV’s in each of the bedrooms. The centerpiece of the home is a protective shaded Atrium with soft Artificial Turf where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee and it is accessible from the master bedroom & living room. Wireless high-speed internet, cable, HBO/Showtime are provided, a blue-ray DVD player in the living room with a sound bar, and a private washer & dryer. Enjoy the large gated back patio with seating for 12 and a BBQ grill which offers both gas and charcoal grilling options for you. The home is North facing so you get some shade in the morning on the patio, it has a fully equipped kitchen which looks out to the golf course.
This is a gorgeous, well maintained gated community, centrally located to many golf courses, the River Mall, El Paseo Drive, movie theaters, grocery stores, highways, fine and casual dining restaurants. Monterey Country Club amenities include 36 heated pools and spas, 19 tennis courts, a clubhouse patio grill, with restaurant, Pub night activities, and optional annual Golf and Sport (tennis and fitness) packages. The gated entrance to Monterey offers safety and security through one of the two security guard gates and a patrolled community by security guards.

We had a fantastic stay at this Palm Desert home! The property is incredibly spacious, featuring a large living room and a kitchen that is truly well-equipped for cooking. The outdoor space is a huge highlight—it’s quite large with a great BBQ, perfect for enjoying the desert evenings. We also loved the fresh grapefruit from the tree out front!The bedrooms and bathrooms are all a good size. While the master shower feels a bit dated and could use an update, everything was clean and functional. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and the host went above and beyond by leaving a bottle of wine for us—a very thoughtful touch. Access was a breeze with the keyless entry, and the community facilities and numerous pools are top-notch. Highly recommended!

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Beautiful property on the golf course. There is a pool and hot tub around every corner. About a mile or so away, there is a beautiful aquatic center if you want to swim laps. Shopping and restaurants are close by. There is a restaurant in the golf club. We will come again.

Wonderful property

Very clean and spacious. Had all the amenities we needed (and more), and very comfortable furnishings. Appreciated all the extra special touches. Robert was excellent to deal and responded quickly if we had any questions. Pool was close by, and we really enjoyed the quiet community and well maintained grounds. Can’t wait to return!!

California Paradise

Perfect location. Neighborhood surroundings were lush and beautiful.Condo was clean, spacious,quiet and comfortable. Every effort had been made by Robert Morris to make our vacation accomodation meet our every need. We felt safer being in a gated community. We loved having fresh grapefruit daily from the tree in our yard. We would highly recommend this VRBO property . Our stay was 6 weeks and it felt like home.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable condo

This lovely condo is exactly as advertised - clean, bright, modern, well equipped and comfortable. Ideal location for walking to the Civic Park, College of the Desert Market, McCallum Theatre and groceries. Bright and spacious with well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows, and furnishings in which to linger. Owner had excellent communication and responses. Club is quiet, safe and pretty for walking. Only a short drive to many hiking trails and shops. Patio is mostly shaded with small areas of sun daily. Would stay again!

left us stranded without a place to stay

Why on earth are you sending us a review when you cancelled on us 30 min before arrival.?..We paid in full, and traveled and made our arrangements only to recieve a phone call stating you had BED BUGS and your attitude was that we were basically on our own to find another place...you did not even offer to put us up in a hotel. What does that say about you? Seriously? We would NEVER recommend your place to anyone.

Great host and location

This VRBO was a great place to stay. Perfect location, close proximity to grocery store, The living desert, and great hikes-bump and grind. We thought it was quiet and relaxing enjoying the patio right on the golf course. We enjoyed many meals and hors d’oeuvres outside. Thank you Robert for hosting our family. Great 3 Weeks

This is a very well-maintained unit with very tasteful decor. It is well equipped with all you might need. The owner is pleasant and very responsive to any needs you may have. They even left us two bottles of wine. Our dog, Pnady, also received a new bed and blanket which we were told to take home with us. All in all it was a wonderful 3 weeks and would do it again in a heartbeat!
