First Floor - This serves as the primary living area, comprising a spacious living room equipped with a large flat screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room. Additionally, this level features a queen bedroom with a full bathroom that can either be kept private or shared with the common area, offering two entrances for convenience.

Second Level - Here, you'll find a queen bedroom with a private balcony boasting stunning gulf views, as well as a bunk room with two double/twin bunks. These two rooms share a bathroom, each with its own entrance, allowing you the option to keep the kids out if desired. Furthermore, there's a king suite with a generously sized full bathroom featuring a separate garden tub and a walk-in closet spacious enough to accommodate a pack n' play.

Third Level - The pinnacle of the home, this level houses a grand master suite. The king bedroom offers a private gulf-view balcony that wraps around, providing breathtaking views. The luxurious private bathroom boasts a garden tub and a separate shower.

Outdoor Space - The upper levels feature covered balconies off select bedrooms, offering a tranquil setting to enjoy the refreshing sea breezes while planning your day. Just a brief stroll away lies the gulf's pristine white sand beach and vibrant waters, conveniently accessible without crossing any roads. Linger Longer also offers a private lagoon-shaped swimming pool surrounded by swaying palms, along with a sunny patio perfect for relaxing. The spacious deck, complete with two covered cabanas, creates a cozy atmosphere with its fire pit, wall-mounted TV, and outdoor seating—an ideal setting for evening gatherings. Additionally, it features a grilling station and wet bar, perfect for savoring delightful surf-n-turf meals by the poolside!
