This beautifully updated single family home sits just 6 houses from the beach, with only one street to cross, in the desirable southern end of the island, This home is impeccably kept and decorated. Large open great room with stone fireplace highlighting the living room, spacious kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous engineered hardwood flooring throughout. Upstairs you'll find hard wood flooring and three generously sized bedrooms. The master bedroom opens to a deck so you can fall asleep to the ocean waves and fresh breezes! Access the rooftop deck from there and check out the great views of the ocean. The two car "tandem" garage offers plenty of space for cars and all your beach gear. An outside shower offers convenience after a day at the beach. Start your morning sipping coffee on one of the 3 decks. Enjoy some happy hour cocktails on the roof top deck while you take in the sea breeze. This house is sure to please!!

Solid spot

Great vacation spot. This place is ideal for 2 families with children. Nice big kitchen and the various outdoor decks were great. You can’t beat 3 blocks from the beach. The upstairs did get a bit warm due to the central air coming from the floors and the skylights in the roof, however once the sun went down it began to cool down. I recommend this property.

Great Location

Really nice part of town. We enjoyed the slower pace on the South end of the island. Great to have beach tags provided. Stocked with dish soap, Saran Wrap, tin foil, kitchen wash rags and towels, paper products, trash bags, seasonings in the kitchen. The kitchen utensils could have been better (not the greatest nor organized). The water and air filter needed to be changed in fridge. There is a gas grill. However, we did not use it due to needing to drag out of garage as needed. They did have several propane tanks available which is a plus. Mattresses were very firm. The furniture on the first two balconies were great. The upper deck, while having great views and string LED lighting, does not have seating (there are two chairs - one completely shattered). We were not able to enjoy any time on the upper deck due to lack of seating. YouTubeTV/Smart TV was a great feature. Overall, a nice property with beautiful decor that is extremely close to the beach. Enjoyed great beach days.

Lovely home

It was a quick getaway with family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and amenities were great. Quiet street and close to the beach. The only thing I would change is having more comfortable chairs on the rooftop deck and at least 4 chairs.

Could nit have asked for anything more. Beautiful house. Close to the beach. Clean neighborhood. Responsive property manager. We found our new vacation house. Thank you for such a nice experience.

Nice home

Nice home for the most part. Nice decor and roomy, but had a musty/urine odor especially near powder room, but visibly clean. Complaints are that there were no clothes hangers at all, no foil or plastic wrap in the kitchen. Should have all of these extras for the price of over $1000 a night. They do include beach tags, chairs, umbrella and cart. Two roads to cross to get to the beach. Overall had a fun time at the beach.

First time renter in Ocean City, NJ

The owners and property manager, Missy, made the overall experience fantastic. The house was exactly as shown and just two blocks from the beach for an easy walk. Do use of the garage to park our bikes and store our beach gear was a great convenience and comfort not having to worry about them. The outdoor shower was perfect for showering or just rinsing the sand from your feet before going inside. Friendly neighbors next door and across the street. The Island is also great for biking with plenty of bike lanes and respectful drivers. Food options are plentiful.
