The full kitchen is stocked with essentials and includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher for added convenience.
To the left, the bedroom offers a queen memory foam bed, closet space, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Every detail is designed for comfort and ease, making this condo an ideal retreat after a day at the beach or exploring the area.
**Please Note** The HOA has begun a roofing project on the Pool Building (Units 900–1200). Work is done during daytime hours only, and while there may be some noise at times, the pool area remains open and accessible. We appreciate your understanding as the property completes these improvements.
— Also 11/17 the HOA is replacing the hallway carpet in the buildings with new tile, so you may see workers in the halls and at times be offered a short detour or need to walk around small staged work areas. Some tile landings may be briefly blocked, but access to your condo will remain open. We appreciate your patience as the building gets this beautiful upgrade!

- Responsible party booking this vacation rental must be 24 or older. - 1 digital parking permit will be issued with the condo. - This is a No smoking property, please do not smoke within the white fenced area of property (including balcony), as this is a disruption to other nearby tenants or owners. If you are a smoker, you can do so on the sidewalk nearby or alley in back, but not in private or common areas on the property. - Towels and belongings cannot be draped over balcony. - Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am. - Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors. - Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
Please Note* - As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for all, maintenance personnel will need to enter the units once a month. During this time, they will be replacing air filters and inspecting smoke detectors. While we cannot provide an exact date for these routine checks, notices on the common area doors will be placed in advance to inform you.

Fantastic couple getaway. Perfect location, we parked and did not drive again until we checked out. Easy walking to restaurants and live music right on the beach. The unit had absolutely everything you needed. Loved it and will definitely stay again.
