The location of the property was excellent. Near the front entrance of the area. The back patio was the best part, great views of the sunrise and golf course. The decor and furnishings were very dated. It smelled musty when we first arrived.

Should not be a rental property

Not much good to say about this old, dated property. Although there were two bathrooms, one was not really functional. The fixtures were old and with no water pressure, so the shower was unusable. The sink faucet trickled just enough to wet a toothbrush and that was it. The lighting in both bathrooms was horrible. Unlike most VRBO locks, which use the last four digits of your cell phone, this was a random six digit number. We had to refer to a piece of paper to open the door every time we came back to the condo. The kitchen was poorly equipped for cooking with old, beat up skillets and cooking utensils. Also, NO scissors! How are you going to open packaging, food/other every day items. The paper goods were the lowest possible quality and the towels, kitchen and bath, we're also of low quality. The icemaker leaked out of the front of the freezer and we had to keep it turned off most of the time. We called on day one and reported that the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom didn't work. Vacasa promised to fix it in a couple of days, but never did. The furniture, including the bed in the primary, is old, tired, sagging and worn. Additionally, both bedroom closets were equipped with very rough wooden hangers, like the kind a cheap motel uses to keep them from being stolen. Not good for golf clothing.

Great spot!

This condo was close to all the action of Coligny area and many nice restaurants. Shipyard is a beautiful plantation with lots of great bike trails.

Ceiling fan and light in master bedroom did not work. Called the maintenance individual and proceeded to tell my Husband that he was very busy and never showed up or called back. Toilet paper in the master bathroom was discolored and molding on the bottom when I opened it. Also the carpeting in the master bedroom was still wet because they had just shampoo it the day prior to our arrival. Drain in upstairs hallway bathroom did not drain properly. The grill was filthy and not working. The patio was dirty, had to sweep and clean the patio furniture prior to us sitting on it. Did not use the pool because the chairs and pool area were dirty and pine needles were everywhere.

Overall we liked the location and having the golf course right behind. The place had great appliances and was sufficiently stocked with pots, pans and dishes. Only 6 large forks though. Although older the place was comfortable and a nice space. Some issues are a dirty rug throughout which tainted the feel of the place, and the king bed needs a new mattress. We would have liked a broom for sweeping. The master bathroom shower needs a new shower curtain and it would have been really nice to be able to recycle. These are constructive criticisms so that future renters have an even more pleasant stay. We love HH and plan to return next year.

Clean and pretty good location.

Overall good property. Furnishing older style. Nice kitchen and seating arrangements. Dryer was out for most all of our trip. Fixed the night before we left. Great pool and liked the upstairs/downstairs set up.

Everything is not what it appears...

The unit was clean for the most part, and the location was great. The kitchen appliances were updated and the unit is roomy/spacious. But it stops right there. When we arrived, the front door had no blinds, so we had to use a blanket and some push pins to ensure our privacy. The carpet, which is off-white was very dirty in the living room and the stairs. The master bedroom had a crack in the ceiling from water damages. The toilet overflowed, the dryer did not spin, (founded this out the night before we left), the handrail on the stairs was extremely loose, the dining room carpet needed to be replaced, and the garbage which you can see from the downstairs bathroom had not been picked up and we had a lovely view of hundreds of flyes that were gathered on it. The house needs to be updated and the pool area needs some major attention. We did contact the office, and they did install blinds on the door, the day before we left. They also offered to clean the carpet, but that would have taken 4 hours. We were only there for 3 days (Our 19 year anniversary & my wife's birthday). We would come back if there were some major changes done and as a Travel Agent, I would recommend it to my clients, but not now. We booked this unit because the Sonesta was full and the photos looked inviting. But attention to details, no, it just was there.

Nice Condo but Dated

I enjoyed the location of this condo but was surprised how dated it was. Has a broken sleeper sofa that would have been nice to use, living room furniture was odd and not very functional, master bedroom ceiling needs repair. Nice pool nearby that was empty most of the time but with so many trees around it there were always debris in the pool. Nice beach access that you can drive to at Sonesta but it fills up quickly. Overall a nice condo but I hope the owner does some updates soon.

Place was beautiful!

We were moved her for the last two days of our stay, and the accommodations were great! The downstairs was very comfortable, and the bedroom was as well.
