She co-owns this charming duplex with her brother—Molly welcomes guests to the lower level, while her brother welcomes
guests upstairs. It’s a true family endeavor, rooted in decades of beachside tradition.

We chose this neighborhood because it truly feels like home. It’s a quiet, private, and family-friendly street—perfect for relaxing and creating lasting memories. Having vacationed here since childhood, we’ve always loved the peaceful atmosphere that feels just far enough from the crowds, yet close enough to walk or bike to everything LBI has to offer—restaurants, shops, bars, ice cream, and of course, the beach.

It’s also a place where families (and their pets!) feel welcome and safe. That sense of community, combined with the convenience of nearby attractions, made it the perfect spot for us to put down roots and share with others.
