Pines and Palmettos is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home for up to 10 guests in Naturewalk at Seagrove, a Santa Rosa Beach community next to Point Washington State Forest. A 6-seat golf cart and 4 bikes are included, and a paved path directly behind the home leads to the Lily Lane Beach Trail, which runs to the San Juan public beach access, about 1 mile away.

The homeowners are pickleball players, and the home comes stocked with paddles, Franklin X40 pickleballs, a Dink Buddy regulation-height training net and a PaddleSmash beach pickleball game. Naturewalk has two community pickleball courts.

Inside, there are hardwood floors and two living areas, each with a 55-inch smart TV. The kitchen has granite countertops, GE stainless appliances and an island with bar seating. The home has four porches, including screened porches and porch swing beds. There's also an outdoor shower.

The Primary Bedroom is upstairs and has a king bed, a private bathroom with a tub and a shower, and a porch with a forest view. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and opens to the upper screened porch, which has a swing bed. The bunk room has full-over-full bunk beds, a TV and a wall-mounted PAC-MAN arcade game, and it also opens to the upper screened porch. Bedroom 3 and the bunk room share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The half bath is downstairs, and the laundry room is upstairs.

BEACH ACCESS
A paved path directly behind the home connects to the Lily Lane Beach Trail, which starts across from The Gathering Place (the community pool) and runs through nature preserves to the San Juan public beach access, about 1 mile away. The Santa Clara Regional Beach Access off Bramble Grove Drive is also about 1 mile away on the path. The path is for bikes and walkers only. By car, both accesses are about 2 miles away, and Santa Clara has parking.
