Vacation continues after you leave the beach so why not enjoy your surroundings once returning. Sharply appointed with today’s features and paint including granite counters, breakfast bar, stainless appliances and wood flooring. Each bedroom is equipped with a wall mounted smart TV, cable and internet. Convenient on site washer/dryer in lower level is perfect for keeping up with beach wear and dirty laundry. Enjoy summer evenings with al fresco dining with grill, tables, chairs. Get the graham crackers, marshmallow, and chocolate ready to make your smores over the fire pit and enjoy the warmth of the fire during cooler evenings. Two off street parking spots available for you just across the street! Home comes equipped with mini split units in each bedroom and living room allowing you flexibility to control the temperature in each individual room. Outdoor shower and foot bath to rinse off when coming back from a day at the beach.

Notre arrivée s’est faite facilement. Les instructions reçues étaient précises et exactes. La maison était comme nous l’avions vue sur les photos. L’espace cuisine, le salon et la cour extérieure avec table et parasol étaient parfait pour notre groupe de 5 adultes et un enfant de 5 ans. Nous avons adoré être à proximité de la plage et assez près du centre. Les lits étaient confortables, mais nous avons regretté de ne pas avoir apporté nos oreillers. Nous avons aussi apprécié avoir la climatisation dans chaque chambre.

Interior attractive and clean. Location closer to beach than expected. Modern kitchen appliances, TVs, and WiFI. Owners very quick to respond to a mini-split related cooling issue. Lots of seating!Adding a mirror in downstairs bathroom would be good. Also leveling-up dip in backyard patio and some fence painting would encourage use of this nice outside space.

Family Vacation

Location was excellent. Other family members had a place around the corner. Short walk to beach & restaurants. Rides & park up the street for the kids!

OLD ORCHARD RENTAL

There were a couple of lamps that didn't work. No lightbulb even. One light in kitchen out. Shower downstairs could use an upgrade. No contact information available in unit.

OOB House

We chose this beach house because it was so close to the beach and it did not disappoint. There were 8 adults in our group; a mix of family & friends. We made 8 work by adding a twin air mattress (in upstairs bedroom) and a queen air mattress in the living room (although the couch is a pull out). The best things about the OOB house were the large L-shaped kitchen counter with 8 stools, the backyard outdoor space with firepit & plenty of seating, a/c units in every bedroom & living room/kitchen area, very comfortable beds, large upstairs bathroom, a very short walk to the beach and walking distance to Pier and local restaurants. The door to the backyard area is through the main floor bedroom and the small main floor bathroom is inside that bedroom. If we wanted to enjoy our coffee out back in the morning when people were still sleeping in that room, we used the front door and walked around to the back. Not a big deal, but we didn't realize this was the setup until we arrived. The addition of (more) hooks in the bathrooms and/or a clothesline out back would be nice. Overall, the OOB house was a great place for our family and friends group vacation!

Wonderful location

The place is as advertised! A few minute walk to the beach and walking distance to the hustle and bustle of th pier. Hosts were very welcoming and responsive.

OOB family rental

This property worked out well for our family vacation. The process was easy, owner responsive and the house was clean and comfortable. The house is in a good location- short block walk to the beach and little over half mile walk to pier. Close enough to walk but away from a lot of commotion and loudness of those areas. Living area was large enough to not be crowded inside on rainy day. Back yard is smaller than appeared in pictures but outside seating was good and grill was supplied. Beds were comfortable, plenty of extra blankets, kitchen supplies were sufficient, and would stay here again if in the area.

Excellent property

We had a wonderful time! The only problem was the parking. When I went into the store to ask where the parking lot was, the old lady that was there had no idea what I was talking about and the parking area does not have a sign.

Beautiful beach house

Three couples had plenty of room. It was a bonus that there was air conditioning in every room. The stairs are steep but we got used to them quickly. Parking is in a lot behind some houses across the street. It was very easy to access and we always found close on street parking for our third vehicle. The property owners were very responsive to any questions or concerns. We’ll be back.

Great hosts!

Susan was a fantastic host. Very accommodating and communicated quickly. We realized the first day the dishwasher was not working properly and she went out of her way to come look at it and try to fix it. When they realized it was not a simple fix, she went and bought a new one, spent the morning calling to find a plumber to install it and had a new one installed the next morning! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with good pots and pans and plenty of dishes. The location to the beach was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay at OOB.

Location perfect, other areas need work

Did not know bathroom and kitchen towels along with bathroom mats and a coffee maker were not provided. Should note this on website. Fire alarm went off on first day for 15 minutes with no response from landlord or community. Called and sent message. Alarm flashed red the remaining time there which was very distracting and concerning for any possible fire hazards.

Fantastic Location!

We'd never been to Old Orchard Beach and we loved it! The beach is fantastic, you can walk to restaurants, shopping and amusement park. The rental is perfectly situated and truly steps from the beach. It fit 6 adults comfortably and we enjoyed it as our home base for the week.

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was close to the beach and other attractions in the area. The parking was great. The property was clean and comfortable and the property manager was very attentive. I would definitely come back
