As soon as you step inside, you will be greeted by brand-new furnishings in each room, new paint throughout, and plenty of entertainment options with eight brand-new TVs (a 65' in the sunroom, 55' in the loft, 50' in the main bedroom, two additional 43' TVs, and two more 32' TVs). Before heading out for various coastal adventures, hop into the full kitchen and make a tasty breakfast on modern appliances as everyone gathers at the dining table to plan out a full itinerary. If you feel like staying closer to home base, plenty of fun can be found at the shared indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, beautiful walking paths, and playgrounds that are mere steps from your front door. Not to mention, the resort boasts the only Jack Nicklaus-created golf course in Delaware, so bring your clubs along. Bikes, beach chairs, and an umbrella are available for guest use. When everyone wants to settle down for the night, there is a living area and three bedrooms on each floor, two main suites on the first floor a main suite on the second floor, and high-speed WiFi is more than ready to assist in working from home or streaming your favorite shows and movies.

Bayside Resort is home to a facility with a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms with saunas, and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment! This waterfront golf resort community offers a quiet escape just minutes to the beach with exceptional accommodations and fantastic amenities. These include a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, two outdoor pools, a kids' splash zone, on-site snack and tropical bars, and a fitness center with outdoor tennis, basketball, and sand volleyball courts. There are also stocked ponds, a community pier, seasonal kayaking, and nature trails with observation towers. The Freeman Stage at Bayside hosts a full slate of summer entertainment, including live dancing, music, and children's programming.

THINGS TO KNOW
Bayside Resort charges an optional per-person fee for guests five and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the pools, tennis court, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year. The local team will reach out to you before your arrival to arrange for this payment.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
