***What to Know Before You Arrive***

Pointe Santo continues its thoughtful recovery and revitalization following Hurricane Ian, with projects nearing completion across the property. This fall, you’ll see the finishing touches on our brand-new pool pavilion as well as the completion of landscaping throughout the grounds. While occasional work may still be visible, the pool and spa remain fully open for your enjoyment. Fall is a beautiful season on Sanibel, with cooler temperatures and plenty of sunshine it is the perfect time to visit.

We’re grateful for your patience as we restore the Pointe Santo experience to its full charm and quality.

Also, nature has its own rhythms here, please be aware that Red Tide (algae blooms) may occasionally affect the area at unpredictable times throughout the year.
