Espectacular condominio con vista al golfo con 2 Lanai's - Pointe Santo E31

Como nuevos propietarios, queremos darle la bienvenida a nuestro hermoso condominio, Sanibel Sunset. Ubicado en las tranquilas playas de la costa del golfo de las islas Sanibel. Nuestro condominio es el lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones familiares o una escapada romántica. Vistas al mar, tan cerca que puede sentir la brisa de la marea cambiante. Y ... ¡nunca verás más hermosas puestas de sol!

Diseñada para su comodidad, la cocina cuenta con todas las comodidades, incluido un lujoso refrigerador de doble puerta con agua filtrada y dispensador de hielo, junto con todo lo que necesitará para preparar y disfrutar sus comidas. También hay una lavadora y secadora apiladas. La sala de estar es de planta abierta y está amueblada con un sofá cama, un sillón doble y una mesa y sillas de comedor. Relájese y vea la televisión con cable HD o relájese y cene al aire libre en el Lanai proyectado y vea la puesta de sol.

El lujoso dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con una hermosa vista del océano y acceso directo a la terraza. Se proporcionan sábanas de lujo y toallas de baño para su comodidad.

El dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas individuales con un porche separado que ofrece un lugar "tranquilo" para sentarse con una taza de café o simplemente disfrutar de un libro.

Hay televisores de pantalla plana con cable de TV HD en las habitaciones y acceso inalámbrico a Internet en todo el condominio y los alrededores.

Puede nadar en la piscina o relajarse en la bañera de hidromasaje. Wonderful condo with everything we could have possibly needed! The short walk to the beautiful beach was perfect and we loved relaxing in the pool. This was our first trip to Sanibel but doubt it will be the last. And we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great Vacation

The condo was very nice and it was in a very convenient location. There was a great view from the condo of the beach and a lot of beach supplies to borrow. There was also spacious living area and it was newly updated. The owners were also very responsive and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pam’s condo in Sanibel! Everything was clean and we had everything we needed to enjoy a week long stay with 2 young children. Perks:Super close to pool and beachOceanside viewCondo amenities (including boogie boards, nice chairs, cooking items, cooler, nice appliances)Excellent communication Games and puzzleVery cleanGreat shellingThe only thing I would note is Sanibel has bugs, make sure you use spray and/or cover up. And there is construction on the property but it did not interrupt our stay and the renderings look awesome post completion.Highly recommend!

The location of the condo was great-steps to the beach and pool. Pictures on-line are accurate. The condo had everything we needed including towels, beach towels and chairs. We enjoyed the condo, the area, and Sanibel. The entire stay was problem-free. Thanks for the easy check in process too.

Our family of 5 (13, 9 and 2 year old) had a great time in this gorgeous condo. Pam was amazing to work with, responded quickly and even reached out to make sure everything was ok. Other than groceries, the condo was stocked well, had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards...it was all there. The location was perfect, enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean and pool...the walk to the beach was a breeze! Our vacation here was just what we needed, nice relaxing time as a family. Oh and we visited several of the restaurants she recommended and we were NEVER disappointed.

Perfect Stay

We had a wonderful week staying here. The location was great, condo was clean and just the right size and had all of the amenities we needed - including a Monopoly game that we all played together our last night before taking our oldest daughter to college. Pam was great to communicate with and very accommodating! Would highly recommend!

The complex was beautiful and well maintained. The condo was wonderful and complete with everything you need in the kitchen and for relaxing at the beach. Just steps from the ocean and pool. Having a close reserved parking spot was a bonus.

Lovely place

Sanibel is our favorite place in Florida, and it’s even better when staying in a comfortable well-appointed space. Sanibel Sunset is just that. Pam, the owner, is extremely responsive and helpful. The beach is only steps away, and there’s a beautiful view from the lanai. You’re also very close to most of the places you would want to go on Sanibel, and almost all places are bikeable (except Ding Darling, Crow, and Bowman’s Beach during summer. Summer is quite hot.). The beach is gorgeous with great shelling. The only caveat is that the beach gets quite busy, and people stake out their spots early in the morning (between 7 and 8). I definitely recommend this place, especially if you want close proximity to town and a beach view from where you’re staying.

March Stay

This condo was wonderful! Clean, updated and beautifully appointed. The updating ranged from newer bath towels to easy close cabinet doors and drawers. The two of us stayed for the month of March, and never felt crowded. We ate several meals in during the month, and the kitchen was well equipped. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and the bathroom was roomy. The photos don’t do justice to the actual view from the lanai. It’s a great place to watch the ocean and listen to the surf. The grounds at Pointe Santo are very well maintained, and the walk to the beach is down a short brick path. Bailey’s store and plaza, both the Bailey Tract and Frannie’s Preserve along with the Thistle Restaurant at Casa Ybel, are all within a 15 minute walk. Pointe Santo is a wonderful location for families with young children. There is a full-time childrens' activity director, and the pool, which is open until 10pm, seemed to always be full of children. There are “adult swim" periods from 9am to 10 am and from 4pm to 5pm.

Fun in the sun

We had a wonderful stay. Everything provided that we needed to enjoy the beach. The condo was very clean and decorated wonderfully to give a beachy feel. Make sure you bring skin so soft as the no see ums are terrible at dusk and dawn.

Fabulous Condo

The condo is beautifully decorated and in a great location. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. The condo had everything we needed. My children enjoyed the crafts offered at the pool house. We collected a lot of nice shells on the beach. We saw stingrays, fish and dolphins. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!!

We were beyond happy with our stay at this property. Pam was very quick to give us all our check in information as well as informative to what all the island has to offer. The facilities and room were perfect. Sanibel is a very old island with very few new buildings but you would never know this at the Pointe Santo property. It is kept very up to date, very clean, and the grounds staff do a great job of maintaining the grounds and facilities. Check was a easy as I've ever experienced. No front desk to check in or check out with. Pam supplied all the details needed to get us straight into our vacation. Wonderful family friendly environment. 10/10 We will 100% be back.

LOVELY!

Pam was an amazing host. The condo was exactly as described with all the amenities our family with three young children required. The hosts/owners actually had to do quite a lot of communicating with us during our stay (some electrical maintenance, a found wedding ring, a forgotten item which we realized too late to go back for) and everything was done with such compassion and care. We would stay here again and recommend it to others in a heartbeat if/when we return to Sanibel!

Tropical Paradise

This property is exactly as advertised; spacious, clean, updated accomodations in a beautiful location. Everything needed to enjoy the beach or pool was right at hand (to include a cooler, beach chairs and towels!). Needless to say the shelling was great and the sunsets magnificent. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again - thanks to our hosts for sharing their condo with us!

Beautiful Condo, Lovely Setting

E-31 is very nice, spacious, well decorated and completely stocked with everything you could need for a week in Sanibel. We spent most of our time on the Lanai, what a beautiful view of the gulf, beach, pool and lagoon. (And walking along the water of course, and biking everywhere on the island!) Pam was most helpful and responded quickly to inquiries.

My husband and I just bought our condo in December of 2015 and are excited to be a part of the Pointe Santo Community. We have the great pleasure of owning and working in our company Echelon Design - an Exhibit Design and Marketing Company based in the Chicago land area.

We have been visiting Sanibel and Pointe Santo for almost 15 years now as we have family who owns a unit in the complex. We are business owners who have had the opportunity to travel extensively but cherish our time in Sanibel and it's one of our favorite places to "just be" and relax.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The view of the beach and sunsets from the lanai are breathtaking. The sunrises are just as beautiful and it's a great way to start the day! We love the morning strolls on the beach, shelling, the dolphins and the occasional sighting of the Eagles that have made a nest in one of the trees down the way from Pointe Santo.
