The beautiful condo comes with an in-unit washer and dryer as well as a fully stocked kitchen for your culinary creations. Summon true vacation mode with the equipped bar, featuring a wine fridge. Admire the perfectly landscaped courtyard from the ocean-facing lanai. There is also a balcony extending from the primary and secondary bedrooms for additional views of the backwater channel. Paradise is found as you maximize the best of indoor-outdoor living with the sounds of the ocean waves lapping the shoreline. The primary bedroom offers a king sized bed, the secondary room has a queen and the bunk room has a full sized bed with a twin bed on top. We also have a pack and play available.
In addition, the condo community offers an 80-foot heated swimming pool, various sports courts (tennis, pickle ball), shuffleboard, a full gym, pool table, ping pong and so much more.

Propietario/a: Kevin Ross
Deb and Kevin are new owners from Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. Deb is a retired Concordia College Director of Dining and Kevin is a semi-retired Red River Valley farmer. They have nine grand children and hope to share some time with them in a much more bearable winter climate. They don`t plan on spending the entire winter away from family and therefore would love to share this slice of God`s paradise with you.

Here`s Why This Property: The beach is phenomenal and not overpopulated. The 80 foot heated pool feels fantastic. The court yard is spacious and tropical. Where else can you play beachfront pickleball, tennis, and shuffleboard? There's a fishing pier that questions the need for a boat. The Bonita Beach Club complex is a size that gives you a great balance between privacy and social opportunities.
With Regard to Our Unit: Deb loves to update and decorate. We think you will be pleased with your indoor environment at unit#234C . The living room has a new big screen Smart TV with a Sonos sound bar. There also are TV`s in the master and guest bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils. We have a Ninja drip coffee maker (#4 filters) and Ninja Nutribullet blender. All bedding, towels, including beach towels are supplied. Beach gear such as a screened tent, umbrella, six chairs, and a cooler can hauled with the help of a beach wagon/pull cart.
