Our spacious home is pet friendly with a fenced-in yard. This house has 2 bedrooms that sleep 4 guests with 2 bathrooms and a large deck, perfect for early morning coffee soaking in beautiful sunrises or evening cocktails enjoying amazing sunsets over the gulf. Sink your toes into the stunning white sands of the emerald Forgotten Coast of Cape San Blas, only a 7-minute walk and a 4-minute walk to the bay. We would love to host you for an unforgettable beach vacation!

It’s a really nice house and was very clean. Golf cart was a great addition to the experience going back and forth to the beach. Like the location for we used the boat launch at the state park. Quiet neighborhood also . We saw 2 big bucks wandering around the yards 3 times this week . Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay for a quiet getaway!

Property was exactly as advertised!! Perfect location and with use of the golf cart it made our trips to and from the beach much more enjoyable! Check in was simple and stay was great we will definitely keep this place on our favorites for future trips!

Great location situated between the gulf and bay with easy access to both. Enjoyed the kayaks and golf cart available for use. House was as described with a relaxing screened in porch!

Cape San Blas treasure!!!

The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Open floor plan with bedrooms on opposing sides of the house. Screened in porch in the middle with open decks on either side. Smart tvs with Roku in every room. Great location on the west end of the cape with the restaurant Long Bills a rock throw away. Owners were extremely hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed. Great stay and money well spent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and even extended it with one additional night due to the great weather. The fenced in yard was great for our pup and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach House

Great stay! Beach access was only a short walk away but we also used the golf cart to get there too. Loved the house and appreciated the communication from the owners during the hurricane! House was clean and exactly what was described. Definitely recommend.

Great time at Sunny Paws

This was our first visit to Cape San Blas and had a great time staying at Sunny Paws. The house was well stocked and the perfect size for us. The host, Andy, was easy to communicate with. Looking forward to coming back!

Family vacation with pet

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunny Paws. The host was very responsive to messages. The location of the property was a perfect distance between the bay and the beach. The option to eat at Long Bills Restaurant next door was very convenient. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great October beach stay!

We had originally booked an October trip to Siesta Key but had to quickly look for a different option due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton. We were not disappointed with our choice to book with Andy and Travis in Cape San Blas! The house was perfect. Close to the beach, and the golf cart made our beach days so easy. The house was clean and well-appointed. We would definitely book here again!

A great getaway

The house was very clean and well-maintained. It had plenty of space for our small family of three plus our poodle. We really enjoyed our stay there. It was very quiet, private, and nice! The new owner was very attentive and helpful.

Great location! Great CLEAN home! Thanks so much for all the fabulous amenities. Spent hours on the screened porch!! Very close to the park which we really enjoyed. Golf cart was so helpful for trips to the beach.Wish we could’ve stayed many more days.

We are Pioneer Ridge Vacations, owned by Andy Vanosdale and Travis Staten, best friends since 1990. We grew up together attending the same schools and college in the Chattanooga, Tennessee, area. The Pioneer Ridge name comes from our grade schools, with the mascot being the Pioneer and the schools located in East Ridge, Tennessee. We are huge fans of the Tennessee Volunteers (Go Vols)! When we get together, you can often find us playing Spades and Phase 10 with our other friends.

This neighborhood is incredibly peaceful, but also offers the great proximity to the beautiful State Park. We are also just footsteps from two of the best restaurants on the Cape in Coneheads and Long Bills!
