Escape to SeaEscape - 1st Tier Gulf View Footsteps to the Beach! Pet Friendly.

SeaEscape is an immaculately kept 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome at the north end of the Cape. Barrier Dunes is a family friendly, gated community with two swimming pools, tennis courts, playground, stocked fishing ponds, and convenient beach access. Barrier Dunes is a pet friendly community and beach, with dog stations throughout the entire complex for your leashed pets to vacation with you!

SeaEscape is beautifully decorated, with attention to detail and comfort. Tastefully
appointed with quality furnishings, a well-stocked kitchen, comfy linens throughout,
Fiber Wi-Fi, SmartTV and a washer/dryer. Make yourself at home and enjoy your well-deserved vacation. We strive to meet all your needs to make your stay memorable!

SeaEscape is a special property within Barrier Dunes. A favorite among repeat renters and returning visitors to the Cape, SeaEscape offers an upgraded experience, because the owners are sticklers for details and quality products. Beyond the impressive decor, we believe you have expectations when you vacation -- we do, too, and that's why we maintain SeaEscape to the best of our ability. Understanding that vacation time away comes hard-won, we want to deliver on a great experience that will have you coming back for more!

The location of SeaEscape offers beach access to the gulf front pool and the beach, with ocean views from the master bedroom balcony. Outdoor enclosed shower and fish cleaning station with sink located underneath the house. Just around the corner are the tennis courts and 2 pools. Also, there is a playground for the kids to enjoy. Kids will love to practice their casting in one of the three stocked fishing ponds as well as feeding the turtles!

In order to make your packing easier, we provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, toys, and boogie boards. The house also includes a enclosed shower in the carport and a fish cleaning station.

Other Information:
Situated at the end of Cape San Blas, Barrier Dunes is less than 5 minutes away from St. Joseph's State Park, a 2000 acre park that offers 3 miles of paved bike paths and 8 miles of beaches from the entrance to the tip of the Cape! The State Park also has a boat launch called Eagle Harbor. The bay is just like being in a life size aquarium where you can snorkel, jet ski, boat and kayak!

Note - There is a $100 pet fee per reservation. If you don't select this at the time of booking, we will charge a $100 damage fee at the time of check-out to cover the additional cleaning fees required.

These are important covenants regulated by the Barrier Dunes HOA:
- Any trailers (boats, bikes, etc.) must be parked completely under the town home
- No children under the age of 16 may operate a golf cart

Cleanest and best stocked condo we have been to at Barrier Dunes. Everything needed in the kitchen, and home, plus extra beach and dog needs were on hand. We had a slight problem with the TV that was corrected quickly by a response from our host. The development is quiet, private and very dog friendly. We love staying here and look forward to returning!

This is the third time we visit. This place is so amazing. You step out and you enjoy this beach with white sand. clear water, dolphin, great people and so much fun for family and the doggy.The host is great answer question. And i love this place, steps to the beach, a shed full of anything you need. Think about everything. Special for dogs.

The location of this specific condo could not have been more perfect! So close to the beach, a pond for my boys to fish/catch turtles, and the main pool. The beds were super comfy and we felt right at home. The place had everything we needed from kitchen items, bathroom needs, and beach/pool supplies. With it being a gated community we felt very comfortable letting the boys (11 & 8) venture out on their own on their bikes trying to meet every dog there. Our own dog was very relaxed as well. The overall property is a bit dated compared to all of the new places going up on the Cape but the set up of Barrier Dunes will have us coming back for a while.

Great stay!

It was our first time at Cape San Blas and we will definitely be back. The condo was a quick minute or so walk to the beach. Beach was beautiful and not too crowded. Condo was clean and comfortable and well stocked! Great location for us.

Long weekend in paradise

This place was perfect for us. The communication from the owners was super quick and they were so nice. They put a lot of thought into this rental. They had tips and labels on everything to familiarize us with their home. And while it isn't ocean front, it is literally 20+ steps to the beach. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to friends. Thanks for a delightful trip.

Great community and comfy condo

My wife and I had a lovely long weekend at this property. We really loved the condo community with lots of nice and quiet people, so many of whom had adorable dogs! The beach is gorgeous and we watched one of the most beautiful sunsets we had ever seen. Cape San Blas is a beautiful place - there is a lot of rebuilding happening since the hurricane. We found very friendly people and delish food at restaurants everywhere we went. The trading post grocery about 5 min away has every kind of grocery food you would want. We look forward to a 2nd visit to this beautiful Cape and would for sure return to this condo!

Such a gem!

My family and I enjoyed this property so much. It was clean and well-appointed. There was plenty of everything we needed to feel at home. Beach access was super convenient, even without being directly on the water. It may be less than 100 yards from the front door to the pier. Our hosts we also thoughtful about our four-legged family member! All the extras to make his stay pleasant were a welcome addition. As for the location, it’s pretty perfectly situated on the cape. The beaches at the north end of the peninsula were not crowded and gave us plenty room to enjoy our time. Grab supplies/groceries on the way in, and you’ll never have to leave! And our hosts were quick to respond to questions throughout our booking and stay. We would definitely not hesitate to book again!

A++ Location!!

We had a wonderful time and would stay here again! The townhouse is an older model and is showing it’s age, but you can’t beat the closeness to the beach and pool. The beach supplies were perfect and much appreciated. Our only minor complaints were that the floor in the downstairs bathroom needed a really good scrubbing and the WiFi was spotty at best. I do think it’s important to tell/show folks that the stairs to the master bedroom are floating stairs. Not a super big deal but older folks and small kids might have some trouble with that. Thanks for having us!!!!

Love this place!

This is our second time to stay at the Seaescape and it’s clean, beautiful, and close to the beach! We had such a wonderful time and had no issues. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you might need to cook. There is small washer/dryer combo to wash as needed. Thank you for letting us rent your wonderful home!

Great condo-close to the beach

This condo has everything you need! Don’t think twice, just rent it! It is steps from the beach which makes it perfect to run back for snacks, etc. We enjoyed the week so much. It has everything you will need-beach chairs, kitchen supplies, etc. It was clean and comfortable! We had so much fun!

My main complaint would be the thermostat in the room. 70 degrees is the lowest it can be set or the unit will freeze and will take 4 hours to de thaw . This is something that should be up front when booking the property. Maybe it’s an excuse not for the power to be so high. Maybe it should have a new unit if it freezes I don’t know. I would have liked it a little cooler in there.
