Reel Paradise Cottage- Canal Front- Bring your Boat to our 50’ Dock!

This cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage is situated on a canal on the Intracoastal Waterway, Indian River, and Mosquito Lagoon. We are world famous for our fishing, shrimping, and boating. Wake up to watch the beautiful sunrises and pink sky sunsets. You may catch manatee or dolphin playing and the osprey catching their breakfast right outside your door. It is completely furnished with everything you could need. A fully equipped kitchen that includes a coffee/tea bar. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. Second bedroom has queen size bed, and third bedroom has bunk bed with pull out trundle. The living room area has a sleeper sofa, love seat and flat screen TV with Netflix and Discovery Plus. Easily sleeps eight.
We are 3 mins from Riverbreeze Park which has a big public boat ramp and a park for the kids to play. All linens provided. A full size washer/dryer are available. Plenty of space for parking. We are located just 15 minutes away from New Smyrna Beach and about 1hr from Disney and other theme parks in Orlando. One of the many local fishing guides can help you find and catch that prized redfish or trout you're looking for. You can grill your fresh catch out back on the gas grill with a beautiful view!!
The cottage includes three kayaks for your enjoyment.

A refundable security/cleaning fee deposit is required. NO smoking inside the home. Pets are allowed with prior approval (2 dogs max). Special events and holiday rates may vary. We look forward to hosting you on your next trip!

Great spot for boating and fishing

Loved it!

Enjoyed our stay immensely - this is one of the most well-equipped VRBO/AirB&B units we ever stayed in. Absolutely anything we could have wanted was supplied. Kitchen small appliances, spices, coffee & tea, a huge supply of bed linens, towels, and such, games, two BBQ grills (gas & charcoal), firepit with wood and starter, Even a box of cereal and a couple bottled adult beverages. Comfy beds, a living room that easily accomodated the 5 of us, tvs in each bedroom, etc. And the host is pleasant and accomodating as well. The only downside is a somewhat cluttered exterior that not quite up to the cozy inside.

A wonderful escape.

A very nice property. Ample space for boat parking on the canal and space to park our two trailers. Property was very clean. Host was very responsive to any questions we had.

Winter Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Reel Paradise. It is very roomy with nice coastal decorating touches. The beds and furniture were comfortable and It had everything we needed for a month’s stay. Peyton Paradise is an excellent host.

Great location!

Really liked the location because it was quiet but close to beaches, restaurants and other activities. Hosts were very responsive to concerns which they remedied quickly. Needs a little updating but enjoyed our stay.

Everybody loved this place

Two siblings, spouses and our mother had weekend of fishing and catching up. Everyone thought the house was comfortable and accommodating. The hospitality was excellent and all of the amenities made the weekend enjoyable and easy. A very nice find!

Quiet Getaway

Our family really enjoyed the patio area in the evenings, so relaxing. Had a cool evening to enjoy the fire pit. Plenty of space inside, clean and comfortable beds. If I had any questions Payton was quick to respond.

Relaxing and quiet

Shello! We had a lovely time at this property. It was clean and comfy with beach decor. The owner was quick and helpful when we reached out with questions. The neighborhood is quiet and we slept well, had everything we needed, and enjoyed kayaking, relaxing outside and sitting in the hot tub. On our last morning we were delighted to see manatees in the canal.

Great house for a kayak fishing trip

Host was great! Property as described. Thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. We used the 4 kayaks and two fishing poles available. It was convenient and the host accommodating. We will likely stay here again!

Amazing vacation!!!

We could not have been happier with our vacation rental. Location was perfect, site was truly amazing and interaction with owners made our stay absolutely fantastic. Our access to the dock right outside the door had us on the water without the hassle of putting our boat in and out daily! We’re 4 older guys who so enjoyed this incredible vacation home.

Quiet quaint and tranquil

This little slice of paradise was perfect for our family getaway. Close to beaches and shopping yet far enough out to enjoy solitude. We enjoyed kayaking the lagoon. The only thing missing was our boat for enjoying more of the lagoon and Indian River. Next time.

Great getaway with easy water access! As advertised.

Looks just like the pictures. Comfortable and convenient. I like the backyard area on the canal which is comfortable for a group to spend an afternoon or evening on. I would stay here again. Thanks for having us.
