Enjoy your vacation in our updated Kelsey Cottage by the Coast! This fully renovated family home has 3 bedrooms, and 2 full baths in an open floor plan. This is a simply decorated, uncluttered space that declares relax and enjoy your vacation. Our cottage is equipped with air conditioning, laundry room, spacious backyard and access to a private beach. The fenced in backyard has an outdoor shower and plenty of room to enjoy the gas grill and dining on the patio.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with a full size refrigerator, microwave, double oven, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, bakeware, cutting boards, utensils, glasses and mugs. There is a dining table that seats 6.

The spacious master bedroom has a queen size bed, luxury linens, full closet, A/C and 2 dressers. It provides plenty of space for a couple to share. Both guest rooms are furnished with twin beds, dressers, closets and A/C for comfortable sleeping. Fresh linens for all of the beds, bath towels and beach towels are included for your use.

Living room is equipped with a flatscreen TV, board games and seating area. Plus the home also has WIFI.

Laundry room has a full size front loader washer and dryer for your convenience.

Beach chairs, towels and cooler are all available for your convenience. You can literally just pack your flip flops and bathing suits and head to the shore. The beach is great for a relaxing fun filled time. The Long Island Sound is the perfect for all swimming levels whether you search for seashells or jump in and swim to the platform you won't be disappointed.

We have plenty of parking for visiting friends/family. The cottage is flanked with 2 driveways, a rarity for a shore home, and can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.

The cottage is located just 2 miles from historic downtown Madison and 3.5 miles from downtown Guilford. It's just a 3 minute drive to quaint downtown Madison where you will find restaurants, coffee shops, the famous R.J. Julia bookstore, art galleries, cinema, unique shops and major grocery/drug stores. You can take a 10 minute drive to the outlet stores or to the Shoreline East Train that will take you to Grand Central Station, New York or Boston. Nearby tourist attractions include Thimble Island Tours, Thimble Island Brewing Co., Stony Creek Brewery, Chamard Vineyards, pick your own fruits at Bishop's Orchards, Mystic Seaport and Aquarium, Submarine Force Museum in Groton, Essex Steam Train and Riverboat Ride and Hammonasset Beach State Park.

*** We kindly ask that you remove your shoes before entering the home and wash sand off your feet in the outdoor shower.

*** Important! Please shake off sand from bathing suits, towels and clothes before putting them in washing machine. The washing machine pump cannot handle sand and will seize if there is too much sand in the laundry.
