Experience a luxurious fantasy vacation in an upscale beach villa. This grand mansion has every amenity to pamper you and your guests. Starting with its superb location in a gated community of million-dollar homes, our home boasts private beach access, cul-de-sac location, a private swimming pool and hot tub in the backyard. The home is also in a prime location near the entertainment district of South Padre Island and is walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

*When booking please note that 12 guests is a HARD limit including children. Each guest requires a wristband to be inside gated community and the HOA limits 12 wristbands per reservation.*

Home was perfect for our family vacation. Location was great, with convenient beach access. So nice to have private pool and hot tub. Neighborhood is nice, quiet and safe.

Great place

We enjoyed the house and the proximity to the beach. The beach was never crowded and the water was wonderful. At first having to wear an armband was different but we got used to it. The security people were very nice and the lady that gave us a tour of the house was very sweet. We really enjoyed not having to do anything for check out, just be out by 10 am. Great place

Second year we have stayed at this property and we love it. Location is great in a gated community with good and helpful security, the kids love the pool and hot tub on site at the house, and the owner is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and hope to return for year 3 and beyond.

Family Fun

This location is ideal for families because it is a quiet gated community with easy access to the beach. The fireworks display on the beach Friday and Saturday are visible from the upstairs outdoor terrace. Sadly, the advertised BBQ grill is defunct but most other amenities are available and the pool was a pleasant respite following our day at the beach. The new local hostess never showed up so we had to scramble to get codes and find the gates on our own. The house holds plenty of people and the kitchen is well furnished. The owner is happy to answer questions.

The BEST!!

The house was absolutely wonderful! Perfect location in a gated community, hot tub and pool in backyard, plenty of room for all 12 of us to have our own space. We will definitely rent this house next time we go to SPI!! We had an issue with wifi and the host was 100% on top of it immediately until issue was resolved. We have ZERO complaints about this property, highly recommend ****10/10****

The most amazing house and hosts!

Our favorite vacation home in SPI! The house itself is perfect for multiple families. It was clean and well-stocked with beach and pool toys. The neighborhood was gated so traffic was minimal, and it was a short walk to the beach. We had a couple of issues come up, but the host was so accommodating and prompt to resolve the issues. The private pool and hot tub were absolutely amazing- the pool area was shaded in the evenings. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this house for families!

Great property

The property was well maintained and quiet. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. The location was easily accessible to the beach. The hot tube and pool were an added joy. There were two concerns that arose during our stay: 1) There was nothing in the listing that identified the property as part of a HOA. We had planned to have all of our group of 14 eat with us on the property, but due to HOA guidelines we were not allowed any guests on the property. We only discovered this the day before we were to check in. This would be helpful to know for the next guest. Also, We couldn't find additional linens for the pull out couch in the living area, so we were unable to us it. We contacted the property manager, but she never responded. We made due, but it would have been nice to have the additional liens to make our stay a bit more comfortable. Over all we had a great experience and hopefully we can use the property again. I would highly recommend it.

Great location great property

Everything thing was good . We did have to go buy a coffee pot the two that were did not work. Not a big deal we left the one we bought at the house for someone else to use.

amazing place and location...but difficult to deal with

The house is amazing. and the location is even better! However...when I searched for a home that would sleep up to 15 people this is listed. This property is in an HOA so there are strict rules when it comes to people coming in the HOA. The house listing states 12 can stay. You need to be very aware that they count you when you come in. EVEN BABIES!!!! We had family members not allowed in after driving 5 hours to get to the home because their 3 month old and 2 year old counted as extra people. The service of the HOA manager was horrible about it and they had to find a hotel to stay at. It was a nightmare and I don't want anyone else to have to go through that like we did. So make sure you count infants and toddlers in your headcount. We werent given 4 car tags like we were told...only 3. we were only given 9 armbands instead of 12. If youre a big family...dont bother coming. the house is amazing and worth the money if you can afford it on your own.

The people and the beaches always delivered memorable and meaningful family vacations for us. This home will allow us to continue those memories with our families and hopefully for many other families as well.
