The location of this property is perfect. It is a nice walk to town. The space was perfect for our family of 5. Everything you need is supplied. I would highly recommend this condo.

Great location. Great communication from owner. Few minutes from downtown and the beach. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much.

Wedding weekend

Very convenient walk to downtown area and plenty of parking. Owner was very accommodating when contacted with concerns and understanding when problem as user error.

Perfect condo for our little getaway!

This was the perfect condo for our family's 4-day vacation! We were traveling with 3 adults and a 2 year old, and the property was perfect for a little toddler. There's an elevator to take you up to your floor, so no navigating stairs for the little one. Having 2 bathrooms was so nice, and there was a bathtub where we could bathe our daughter. The balcony has a nice view of the harbor, and we really appreciated having a kitchen to fix some simple meals. Being able to park our car in an enclosed garage was a huge perk too. The property is close enough that you could walk to downtown if you wanted, but with a little one, we mostly drove everywhere and had no problems with parking. Everything in the condo was super clean and orderly. Overall, we would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

This condo worked very well for our group. Plenty of space! We had everything we needed and the location is an easy walk to Main Street and the lake.

Great Condo Near Everything In St. Joseph

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Host was easy to communicate with and condo gave us plenty of room. We were 4 minutes from just about everything including the beaches. Would stay again!

Very nice condo

Overall, the condo was very nice, just as described. Excellent location, walking distance to the main town and beach. I did have some communication issues with the host. When I originally booked for two nights, they agreed that was fine, even though the norm is three nights. (This minimum requirement was not lIsted on the site and I had no issue processing and booking 2 nights) We confirmed this on the VRBO messenger that the two night stay was sufficient. Two days before my scheduled check in, they cancelled and refunded my trip due to “not booking the minimum three night requirement” despite previously agreeing to a two night stay. I had to repay and rebook at a higher rate. On day of check in and check out, I was unable to easily contact the host and did not receive responses for several hours. Despite this frustration, the place itself was very nice, and as long as you be sure to meet an unlisted, unspecified minimum night requirement, I’m sure you’ll have a pleasant stay.

St Joes is the best

The ad was spot on. The place was a little bigger than it seemed in the ad. Would be perfect if you have a boat. You could dock it just outside the apartment. 10/10 would do it again.

Miscommunication but beautiful scenery

Upon arrival - issues with entering because new box was not discussed. Renter was not to kind by telling me to "calm down" as issues entering the building and apartment. The place was gorgeous but soon found out the jacuzzi tub in MBR didn't work properly. Called landlord immediately. Also texted about tv not working at all on Monday night. Having to use a computer to hook up to a television made no sense. Before leaving I personally cleaned the jacuzzi tub ..we cleaned kitchen, did dishes, and we put dirty towels in washer. Upon leaving we also made sure to clean up the cigarette ashes from the ashtray on balcony. I later received a very disturbing message from the landlord asking about "smoking" in the room...because of aahes in the trash! We were also accused of damage to a jacuzzi tub I was never able to use properly and some sort "dark" stain in MBR.... we were accused of possibly "misplacing" 2 candles when we watched from balcony - two people with cleaning supplies take less than 15 minutes to do their job and leave. The apartment and area was beautiful. The customer service towards us and our stay...leave much much to be desired! This has taught me to take pictures now of our finished stay - before leaving in the future! I have requested pictures of this supoosed damage to areas he had mentioned and have received none. We are most clearly expecting our full refund on our deposit. This is an extremely disturbing ending to what was supposed to have been an everlasting memory of my birthday.

In town visiting family

We were in town visiting my niece. This place was exactly as described. We loved being on the river. The condo had a nice balcony where we could sit and watch the the boating activity. The beds were comfortable and we even setup an air mattress in the living room since there were 3 adults staying here and had plenty of room. The condo was also walking distance to all the activity in town which was great! We would definitely look to stay again in the future.

I travel a lot between Chicago and SE Michigan for work, business, and family. Needed a to take a break from traffic and I got to know St Joseph and New Buffalo. Loved it so much I purchased this property. I do not use it yet full time so I decided to share this beautiful and elegant place with qualified others when I am not in town and away.

You can use the whole condo except the master closet (functions as owner’s storage) but there is a clothing rack for you in the room. You can use the patio, an indoor garage parking spot, multiple outdoor parking spaces, and the rooftop.

TV service with basic cable to bedroom and Large Smart TV living in the living room so you can watch movies with friends and family on the big screen.
