What a beautiful spot! Our family had such a wonderful vacation here. The pictures don't quite capture just how special this place is. The cabin is immaculate, spacious and very comfortable. The location on Lake Superior and close to Pictured Rocks is just perfect. We would love to come back here.

This house waw wonderful and I hope we can stay there again someday. The location on the beach was perfect. Short walk to the water - beautiful views up and down the shore and very isolated. Beautiful rocks on the shore. The house itself had large rooms, comfortable beds, and a well-stocked kitchen. Lisa was great at communications and answered all my questions before hand. The drive into Munising and Pictured Rocks was not long. If you want to spend some time on Lake Superior away from people with chances to see the sun rise or set and watch the night sky away from the town - this is the place!

The location was incredible and the cabin was just right for what we needed. Stayed outside most of the time because you just could not beat sitting on the beach.

Beautiful cabin, very quiet and peaceful. I really appreciate that there is bottled water supplied because it is well water. Host was very responsive and everything was clear. We truly enjoyed our time there and hope to stay there again.

I don’t want to say anything good about this place because I want it available the next time we want to head North! The property was perfect and we enjoyed our stay. Very well maintained!

We rented this pet friendly home for four nights. Our primary reason for choosing this home was pets allowed and waterfront beach. Pictures don't do justice to the surrounding area. We had fires and walked on the beach. Plenty of outside chairs. The home is accessed from a long road that was perfect for dog walking, minimal traffic and adequate space between this house and it's closest neighbors. Contacted the owner once to take advantage of purchasing fire wood. Owner prompt in replying. The home is beautiful. Well taken care of and plenty of room to spread out. No issues with internet access, besides the large island there's a small desk in the living room. Perfect place for a large family or a few couples. Kitchen was well stocked with the normal things. Nice microwave! Fantastic big washer and dryer. Easy to do lots of towels in summer etc. We loved the propane wood stove. It was perfect for taking the chill off in the fall. Can't say enough about Munising. Plenty to do, places to eat. Hit the visitor center when you come to town they give you a free waterfall map. One is practically in Munising. Don't miss pictured rocks, just check where you can and can't have a dog. We had plenty of nice hikes with ours to waterfalls and miners beach area. Also the home has a nice library, hiking books, board games. Plenty of blankets, towels and that sort of thing. We are already planning a trip back to UP, we would not hesitate to come back to this house and probably will!

We loved this property and the lake views from bed were wonderful. The owner is very compassionate and welcoming, we would not hesitate to stay here again and hope to be able to soon!

Julu 2022 trip

Easy to find, close to Munising, Au train and other attractions. The house had a great layout, view of Lake Superior, beach and sunrises from the living and the bedrooms. The beach was awesome.

Lake Superior is the back yard

We absolutely loved our stay. The water is right there. The stars are so fabulous at night. Our family is going to be going back again soon.

Great winter getaway

We stayed over Christmas and New Year’s and had a great time. The property is very secluded and private. Perfect for long walks, hiking and certainly the lake is great. We loved it and will be back. Lisa was super helpful and everything worked out perfectly!

Very relaxing and beautiful.

The location on Lake superior is absolutely beautiful. The cabin is in a quiet community where you have privacy. You can fall asleep to the waves on Lake Superior. The cabin is well furnished and clean. Great experience!

Family gathering

We went to the location in Christmas for a late summer family gathering. The cabin was so roomy and had all the amenities we needed and more! The location is so private , surrounded by woods yet opens up to the bay off of Lake Superior with a sandy beach. So beautiful!

Family Trip

The cabin was perfect for our family. The private beach was amazing and views was spectacular, enjoyed the fire pit cooked s’mores. The check in process was easy and owner made everything easy and communication was above average. The gift basket and of bread and blueberry jam was a nice gesture we appreciated everything about the property We highly recommend this cabin, we definitely will will be back
