Gulf Village is a charming, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 425 square foot second floor vacation condo with Spectacular Gulf views! Enjoy your vacation at the BEACH in this Gulf front little piece of paradise for your family's next beach getaway!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - Sleeps 4

Primary Bedroom: Queen-size bed
Sleeper Sofa in Living Room

This unit has a cozy, coastal décor, granite counters and stainless-steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom has a queen bed and smart tv. The living room is also equipped with a HDTV and a sleeper sofa.
Guests will have access to a private fishing pier located at Little Lagoon. This pier has a launch for guests to use as well. Guests will have access to two pools onsite and a community grilling area! There is a community laundry room on the same floor as the unit.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: One (1) parking pass maximum included in reservation cost. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Great Location

The location is great. View of the ocean from the front windows. Nice balcony and only a few steps to the beach. The property can use some painting on the balcony and inside the condo. Condo is small and can use some sprucing up. In order to watch TV in the bedroom you have to cast from a streaming channel.

One and done!

This condominium needs a MAJOR overhaul. Seemed like everything was broken and the pool was so cloudy and dirty looking compared to other pools around the condo. TVs didn’t work, satellite tv that was constantly going in and out of service. The key pad going to the beach was an absolute pain when you have your hands full of bags and the handle just falls off constantly! Major security issue with the door to our condo. There was not a lock/deadbolt and you could see a good half inch of sun coming in the crack of the door. Zero curtains on the windows, one window didn’t even have a blind so it was daylight in our room 24/7 from the security lights at night. This property does offer shaded parking and closer access to the beach area! This is not somewhere I would stay with a small child considering all the neglected maintenance and safety concerns.

Great Location

The location is great. My husband enjoyed the access to the lagoon since he loves fishing. Beachball Properties doesn't give you the directions/ information to get to the lagoon. We got directions from a lady that lives in the complex. It's just right across the street, go across the parking lot of the complex across the street, there's a gate on the back, cross another street. It's the pier without a house. There's really no signs. The pier is well kept. The issues we found in the studio is the iron and the ironing board. Both were broken. I know you're at the beach it might seem like not a thing you will use, but we did need it. Also, there's only one roll of toilet paper, so make sure you bring an extra. As well as towels, there's only 4 towels. It's not enough for one week since the humidity doesn't allow the towels to fully dry.

Great little getaway

The place was very nice for a short little trip. The furniture was a little dated and worn down but that didn’t bother us because we weren’t staying in much. Great location for the beach and everything else gulf shores has to offer. Would defiantly stay here again in the future

overall the condo was fine. several outlets inside that did not work, so it hard to find ones that did to charge phones, etc. bathroom light was broken so no light to look in the mirror. and the pullout was straight springs, luckily it was just my teen sleeping on it. otherwise it was perfect for us! pool was nice, the beach access and location were great and LOVED the covered parking to keep the car in the shade. great location & easy to get in & out.

My hisband and i stayed here for a last minute get away for a few days. Was very nice and relaxing. Would definitely stay again.

I would rate as just ok

Great view. Deck and walkway to the beach needs repair. Location is great. There is no elevator which required a 73 year old to carry luggage, groceries, etc up 2 flights of stairs. Rental agency wasn't any help as far as early check in, possibility of changing to a lower floor-they mentioned a ground floor which the property did not have! had lots of parking but not assigned which could be a problem when busy. you could see daylight around the door, Keurig did not work, ironing board broken.Other than the view just OK.

Had a good time.

The room needed to be cleaned a little better, but they sent someone out to do that and she did a great job! The building and room needs updating, but after she cleaned, we felt better and really enjoyed ourselves. The location was perfect. Right on the beach! The pool needs some TLC.

Exactly as described

This little gem has a direct Gulf view, on the beach, at rather a bargain price. Hubs particularly enjoyed the recliner, once the sun set and we were tucked in. To address questions people have had in the past, there is a broom & dustpan as well as extra blankets, in the closet. There are 2 coffeemakers, a Keurig & a 12-cup basket type. We enjoyed the Gulf Shores location, centrally situated to go explore east, west & north.

Perfect Getaway for 2

We were getting away for Thanksgiving. This place was perfect for 2. Our view and the seating on the deck were perfect. Bed was comfortable. Access to the beach was great. I would highly recommend this unit.
