Enjoy an Endless Summer in our Villa

Unwind and relax in our recently remodeled beachside villa that over looks a charming pond. Located at Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort, guests may enjoy all the amenities this beautiful beach resort has to offer. The beach a five minute walk across the footbridge or two minutes by free tram. This villa is located in the 1000 building., 2 minutes from the Conference Center.

This is our 2nd stay in this unit and we love everything about this rental. The owner is super nice and responsive. The location is great. The unit is clean and fully stocked. Loved the new shower in the master bedroom this year!

Dance Competition Stay

We stayed in this villa for a dance competition that was taking place at the Convention center on the property. The location was absolutely fabulous for this as it was a 2 minute walk to the convention center. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and helpful. If we come back to PCB next summer for another dance competition, I will definitely be reaching out to the owner to book again. Thank you!

Would stay here again

Convenient location

It was a convenient location close to everything. Stayed at this resort 4 times and no issues at all. Communication with owner was good. Vrbo wasnt working for me to message owner. Very quiet this time of the year.

Nice locations, could use some upgrades

Very hard to locate once we arrived. Great location. Easy access to beach. The bathroom that connects to the 2nd bedroom needs replacing. You can tell where they tried to patch it up. Horrible job!!! Vents need cleaning. So much dust you can see it as soon as you look up. Rugs in master bedroom are very nasty, they need replacing. Definitely not worth 1000 for 3 nights. Host responds in a timely manner.

Nice roomy condo

We were in PCB for a gymnastics meet for my daughter. Condo was very roomy and just as pictured. Checkin/parking pass had some bumps but that I think was partly my fault. My daughter enjoyed the beach toys. I wish there were pool/beach towels. Otherwise it was great.

Super comfy

We totally enjoyed our time at Edgewater! My husband wanted to take the bed home it was so comfy! There was plenty of HOT water for showers. The washer and dryer are a definite PLUS! The neighborhood was quiet. The walk over the bridge to the beach was a wonderful way to begin the day. The gated entrance to community made us feel very secure. We are already looking at dates for next year!

Everything was just as listed.

This rental was clean, everything was just as listed, was stocked with everything that you would need while you are there, and it is conveniently located near restaurants and entertainment.

Overall stay

Overall stay was nice and everything went well. Draining problems in the guest bathroom were an annoyance and the thermostat seemed to have issues regulating. Other than that everything was fine and we enjoyed our trip!

Nice place but, a few things to consider when booking

•The resort will not allow grilling • the kitchen could be better equipped with cooking supplies. No blender • the hot tubs were disappointing • make sure you consider the walk to the beach. There is a shuttle service but they aren’t always around. The place was nice and we had plenty of room for our family. The resort was very crowded.

Clean and great location

We had a great time at this location. Edgewater is one of our favorite places to stay with the pools and easy beach access. This Villa is newly renovated, it is clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very responsive beforehand and we had no issues needing them during our stay. We stayed as a family of 4 and it was plenty of space.
