Espectacular Bayfront

Tome un retiro isla en este verdaderamente espectacular frente a la bahía, 50 mamparo pie, pasos de la playa de la bahía, cuatro cuadras de océano. Vistas panorámicas de la bahía de Barnegat de tres cubiertas y todas las habitaciones. Cocina gourmet, encimeras de granito, baños de mármol, pisos de madera, techos altos, y muy bien amueblada. Dos (2) TV y equipo de música del estado de la técnica (con altavoces de volumen controlados individualmente en toda la casa y las cubiertas).

Primer piso cuenta con espacio abierto dramática, incluyendo sala de estar con chimenea de gas, televisión de pantalla plana, zona de comedor y cocina gourmet equipada con encimeras de granito. Isla incluye máquina de hielo y enfriador de vino. Salón abre a cubierta ocho milla al norte y la vista al oeste de la bahía.

El segundo piso tiene sala de estar (con sofá-cama extraíble) con TV, un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio, un dormitorio con dos literas y baño completo (con jacuzzi). Cubierta de la guarida capta otra vista a la bahía, al sur y al oeste (y las magníficas puestas de sol). Dos (2) dormitorios principales (un rey y una reina) se encuentran en la planta superior - cada uno con su propio baño de mármol (uno con jacuzzi). Disfrute de la terraza de las master suites para un desayuno temprano por la mañana, escuchando su música favorita isla en los altavoces al aire libre.

Great spot!

Spent a weekend with a large group here. Plenty of room for everyone, lots of amenities, multiple TVs, huge living/kitchen/dining area, GREAT view of the bay, and walking distance from many Surf City restaurants and eateries. Would stay again!

Girls Weekend

We had a girls weekend here and it was absolutely perfect! The view & the house were stunning. We did alot of cooking and everything was there to use! Cant wait to book for next year.

Fishing weekend with Friends in LBI

Had a great weekend with a group of friends for a weekend of fishing. House is clean and very spacious. with a great outdoor patio overlooking the water. Overall great house and great working with the owner Anthony who is very accomodating.

Wonderful beach house!

Such a beautiful house! Even though we were there in the bitter cold of the latest polar vortex the house performed very well! We were warm and cozy as ice covered the bay outside! Very nice bedrooms and the kitchen was well equipped for our stay. Thanks Tony!

Great Family Space and Amazing Property on the Water

This property was amazing! We had two "family couples", and Mom and Daughter needs. They layout was perfect to provide two private rooms with bath/en suite with balcony views of the water, and a separate bedroom and sleeper sofa with shared bathroom access for Mom and Daughter with another balcony access with beach and bridge views. Great outdoor and indoor gathering space. Felt like (an amazing) home away from home.

Perfect house for a family vacation

This house was beautiful. Gorgeous views of the bay from almost every room. Well appointed. Plenty of usable items for the beach if you don’t want to bring them with, especially if you are flying in. The owner was very attentive when we had questions which is always great. Only complaint would be- just be prepared for a 11:00am prompt departure. The cleaning crew was extremely rude. We had a few issues getting our son from Ocean City overnight and we were running late by about 15-20 minutes and they we not happy and let us know it. We left the house clean of all garbage, emptied the dishwasher and refrigerator, cleaned counters that morning trying to be good renters which put us back time wise packing up the cars. Other than that I would give this house a 5 star.

We enjoyed our stay. House is in a convenient location with beautiful view of the bay. Pictures are accurate of the house itself. We had a problem with the heat not working and host handled situation quickly and efficiently. Fireplace kept us warm without heat the first night. I have 2 complaints. 1. Dining room table not big enough to seat the amount of people the house holds. In my opinion if a house sleeps 12, it should have a table that seats 12. (The table only sat 6). 2. House could have been cleaner. Kitchen drawers and cabinets had were dirty with crumbs inside and pots/pans etc were not great. Other than those complaints the house was clean. Also not a fan that we were responsible for washing sheets before leaving. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great property in Surf City

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It's a beautiful house with great accommodations. The location is excellent with a gorgeous view of the bay on all three floors. Everything is super comfortable and the kitchen was a pleasure to use. The owner was very easy to communicate with and prompt in getting back to us with any questions (of which there were few!) Highly recommended.

Wonderful home

Tony was so accommodating and helpful when we were booking his home. He was always quick to respond to any questions. We have family in the area that we visit every year. Always enjoy seeing family photos in the homes we rent as family is what it’s all about. Staying at Tony’s home off season was so relaxing and enjoyable . The view are spectacular! The photos on VRBO do not do the home justice. You cannot go wrong with renting this property !
