Perfect Week

This home was perfect for our family! There are plenty of spaces to hang out together both inside and out. The view of the bay is amazing. We enjoyed swimming and floating in the bay as well as fishing and crabbing from the dock. The house had everything we needed and more!

Beautiful stay at this bayfront dream!

My extended family and I had an amazing stay at this beautiful home situated in a quiet street in Surf city directly on the bay. The home slept 10 comfortably and had everything we needed for our week stay including the amazing sunsets every night! The kids loved using the bikes, crabbing and fishing equipment and the kayak!

Sunset views

Our family gathered here from all over to come to my niece's wedding. Everyone loved the location and time to enjoy the bay and watch sunsets. The owners provided us with use of chairs and beach badges etc. which made life easy. The 3 decks and dock were so enjoyable. We'll be back next year!

Bayside value and comfort

Morning bayside coffee perfect start to the day. Easy bike ride to beach. Rooftop views, two decks, many beds and baths. Dock for our boat. We will return!!

A fine getaway!

Everything was exactly as described. This home was very well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a family vacation. This included a kayak, crab traps, bicycles and a well appointed kitchen. The owner was quick to respond to any concerns which made for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed watching the sunsets over the bay from the open upper level living area and swimming right off the dock. The beach, restaurants and other attractions are just a few blocks away by bicycle. We'll be back!

Great home for a large family

We thoroughly enjoyed our time on this property. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. The deck offers the best viewing for evening sunsets. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to cook a complete meal. The house is a great place to stay with young children and older adults because there are multiple options for sleeping downstairs or upstairs. Finally, it was such a bonus to find the garage equipped with beach chairs, beach toys, bikes and other supplies to make a beach vacation all ready to go! Finally, we loved the location of being on the bay. The street is quiet with lovely neighbors and just a short walk to the beach, town and restaurants.

Summertime bliss in Surf City

We spent one of our best vacations at this house. The home is quite lovely and very comfortable. I was a bit tentative when I booked the property initially because there were no reviews (new listings) but but I was so pleased with the choice. The property is right on the bay affording you a beautiful sunset and view every day (3 decks!) and a short 10 minute walk to the beach and evening ice cream. The home is tastefully decorated, extremely well appointed and stocked , spacious, and even included beach chairs and umbrellas and even a cart to haul the stuff to the beach. George, the owner was incredibly responsive and welcoming Our best family LBI vacation ever!

Perfect Surf City Bayfront

As someone who grew up on the border of Surf City and North Beach, finding the perfect home to bring my family to was extremely important to me. This place did not disappoint! Multiple lovely decks with beautiful views of the sunsets over Barnegat Bay, a great kitchen/living space, and most importantly - by far the best outdoor shower I've ever used. The owners were so kind to leave such great instructions, and were very responsive when I had questions. They graciously grant access to all of their beach "toys" - chairs, umbrellas, some sand toys, a wagon, bikes, and even some crab traps! My sister got to show my 4 year old son how to crab and it was amazing! It's centrally located so you can access all of the best areas of Surf City in no time at all. If you're looking for the perfect LBI getaway for your family, this home is what you need! Thank you!

Awesome bay front home!

Beautiful property on the bay offering relaxing setting and stunning sunsets! House has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! Comfortable beds and furniture. Extremely clean including a garage to store bikes and equipment. Three levels of decks for your viewing desire. I wish the floors had separate AC units since the upstairs was warm and downstairs cold during the day on a very hot week in Surf City . Love LBI!

Thanks Rob! Glad you enjoyed your stay. We had the AC technician out who recommended an attic gable fan to help with the temperature disparity between the top on bottom floors. It was installed last week and it seems as though it is helping. Thanks for the great feedback!
