Quiet Oaks Retreat

Located just one mile off the 101 freeway, this home allows touring the beautiful Central Coast a breeze. This home is 12 miles from Pismo Beach, 4 miles from the Arroyo Grande Village, 17 miles from Avila Beach, 1.7 miles from Blacklake Golf Course, and only 0.3 miles to our neighboring winery Peacock Cellars.
There is so much to see and do in the area, but this home also provides all the amenities to stay and make this your own retreat without ever leaving. Sitting on 2.5 acres with backyard views of nothing but oak trees creates a serene setting. The outdoor space provides plenty to keep busy with a hot tub, basketball hoop, trampoline, climbing structure, cornhole, water sprinklers and outdoor toys, and a radio. There is also an above ground intex pool that is 15ft diameter and 42” deep that is only available May-October. The hot tub and pool are both behind two separate gates with locks codes so you can feel safe. We do require a waiver of liability to be signed for all guests for use of hot tub, pool and trampoline. The outdoor BBQ bar seats up to 8 and includes a gas grill and large griddle plate for making morning breakfast outside or for taco nights for dinner. A smoker and pellets are also available for use. An extension of the outdoor entertaining is the large game room off of the patio complete with a dart board, shuffleboard table, a large tv and also a treadmill and exercise bike. The game room comes with a large couch, half bath, and a garage door on the opposite side that can be opened up to the driveway so you can be playing games and relaxing while the kids ride bikes and scooters safely on the large 7,000 sq ft driveway. The backyard directly off the house is fenced which makes it nice for younger children, but the whole property is 2.5 acres of beautiful oak trees and can be wondered and explored easily and safely past the fence.

Inside the home, the large open floorplan makes entertaining and cooking for a crowd fun and easy. The dining room seats up to 8 while the large kitchen island seats up to four or more. The kitchen provides all the cooking and dining essentials including coffee maker, microwave, crock pot, blender, air fryer, and easy to use wine opener. Spices and basic condiments will be available for use as well. There is also one oven in the kitchen and two additional ovens in the pantry which make cooking large meals or baking so much easier!
The main living area provides an incredibly comfortable couch, a wood burning fireplace, and an 80" TV with access to Netflix, Amazon, Disney+ and HBO Max. The house has heating and air conditioning and two wood burning fireplaces.
The master bedroom comes with a king bed, en suite master bathroom with soaking tub and a shower with 3 shower heads, and another smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon, Disney+ and HBO Max. The second bedroom has a twin bed and plenty of room to put an air mattress if needed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin up top and a full below with also plenty of room to have an air mattress. The fourth room comes with plenty of childrens toys and a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon and can be used as a children’s play room or converted to a sleeping quarter with an air mattress. The game room also has a large comfortable couch but can also easily accommodate multiple air mattresses and has its own half bath which makes it nice for privacy. Lastly, the couch in the living room while not considered a bed, is exceptionally comfortable. The home provides two air mattresses. There is also a pack n play crib available for use if needed. Besides the master bathroom, there is a full single sink bathroom and a full double sink bathroom in the house and then a half bath in bonus/game room , all providing the bathroom essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and towels. There is also an endless hot water heater so no need to worry about having warm water for all simultaneously. There are tons of children's toys and board games for the family available for use as well. The days you head to the beach, you will have a cooler, 10 beach towels, and beach toys available to take with you.

The location makes for a perfect vacation. Having both the ease of freeway proximity along with the peacefulness of being in the country provides a vacation where you can have it all - fun in your own home, or exploring the area! Peacock Cellars is less than half a mile down the street and is known for their amazing wine. If you check their schedule, on weekends they sometimes have food trucks and live music. The nights you don't want to cook, Willow Restaurant is 1.7 miles away and also offers live music on certain nights. The Arroyo Grande Village 4 miles away also offers two tasting rooms, a brewery, shopping, and tons of restaurants. Lopez Lake is 17 miles away and has waterslides during the summer, a marina restaurant, hiking, boat for rents, and an adventure park. San Luis Obispo is a short 20 min drive, Santa Maria 15 min drive.
