Amazing 5 bedroom villa, private pool, free BBQ grill and more

Wonderful 5 bedroom 3 full bathroom villa, fenced swimming pool(with heating option) and large deck area.

Hosting up to 10 guests, this villa has two bedrooms with one queen set each, and three bedrooms with two twin sets each. It has a fully equipped kitchen, free high speed Internet; Smart TVs are in all bedrooms.

For added security, an extra fence is installed surrounding the swimming pool to prevent little kids from entering the water out of adults' awareness.

House comes with fully stocked towels, linen, dishes, hair dryers, iron, washing machine and dryer, plus a pool table for entertainment.

A propane BBQ grill and a propane tank are provided in this house for use free of charge, guests might have to refill propane if tank goes empty.

Located in Davenport, only 15 - 20 minutes to Disney World and Universal Studio, 25 minutes to Orlando downtown, 40 minutes to Orlando International Airport(MCO), restaurants and supermarket are minutes away. You will love staying at this property!

Wonderful house

We had a wonderful stay. Very big and lots of space for the whole family, excellent location only 25 minutes from universal (depending on traffic) grocery stores and other amenities near by

The house was great!

The house was great. I would definitely rent this house again. I would recommend renting this house. The pool is great, the house was very clean. Overall I would definitely like to go back there again.

Another terrific stay!

This was our second time renting this home, and we are already booked for next year. The home was clean and ready for our arrival. Sue was extremely helpful for any maintenance needs we had, and Johnny was once again a terrific host. Not all features of the home are perfect, but it is maintained with care and is in a great neighborhood.

Nice family vacation home

The house was is in a great area, nice, safe and roomy for the whole family. My daughter loved the pool and the character room. We did have issues getting in the house when we first arrived but after several attempts with property management I was able to get in and start enjoying our stay. The only downside we had was a couple a days before leaving the kitchen ceiling started to leak, after contacting the host it was fixed before we left. I would definitely recommend and be glad to visit again.

Good vacation house

We were not at house much to take advantage of it. We were on a golf as much as we could every day, so had evening dinner here and sleep. It is in a quiet neighborhood, easy to get to. House could use a little more kitchen stuff like silverware and cooking. Otherwise it is a great place to stay. One bit of advice is allow enough time to get to where your going, traffic is very busy.

Nice family home

Let me first say the communication with the owner was excellent. He was extremely responsive to any issue we had. The home could definitely use some updates and the owner said many are coming. We had a great stay! All of our kids were able to have their own rooms which was a huge plus to be able to relax after a long park day. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe. It was about a 20min drive to Disney depending on traffic.

Excellent Experience

My family & I LOVED this villa! My kids were so disappointed we had to leave. The host responded to my messages in an appropriate timely manner. He was very helpful. The pool was our favorite thing about this villa. The water was nice & warm. The house was very spacious!! To our surprise, It even had cooking pans available. It was a short drive to Disney & super close to souvenir shops! Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone thinking about staying here. Fingers crossed this place is available when we come back to Florida!!! (:

We'll be back!

We really enjoyed our 8 weeks at this property. The corner lot in a quiet, well cared for neighborhood provided us sufficient privacy to enjoy the pool area, as well as a safe place to walk each day. The house has had some recent updates, and we are providing the manager with a few recommendations for others, such as updates to the living room furniture. Speaking of the manager, Johnny was extraordinary to work with! He was very responsive and provided us everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. We did not use any of the twin beds, so I can't speak to their comfort, but both of the queen beds were comfortable. We've already booked next year for 10 weeks, so that should tell you we were definitely satisfied with this home.

The hot water heater was not working properly. Sent a message to the property manager. They did not reply to anything for over 24 hours. Let her know of other things that were wrong. They were never fixed. For a house this size they need to have a bigger water heater. One of the sinks the hot water never even came out. Also some electric electrical outlets do not work.

Nice House

Nice house, nice pool, good neighborhood. Unfortunately with the construction going on currently in the area it made travel a nightmare but that won’t last forever. Took 2 hours on a Monday morning to get from the house to the highway. After 2 days of driving we were looking forward to our checkin at 4pm but we’re unable to get in as the cleaners hadn’t finished. Advised by them that our checkin wasn’t until after 430 even though our email stated 4pm. BBQ needs to be checked before use as the cleaners are putting layers of tinfoil on top of each other holding the grease inside, which could of went extremely bad very quickly. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

It was an ok stay

The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The house is nice, but the living room furniture and the bedroom furniture downstairs needs to be replaced, and one of the chairs at the kitchen table needs to be fixed. The carpet needs to be cleaned. The dishes in the kitchen some of them needs to be replaced. The tv in the bedroom downstairs only played one channel. When I had problems with the code I can say the owner responded very quickly and we asked at the last minute for another night do to the time of the tournament we were in. He responded very quickly on letting us stay we really appreciate that part. We made it work for us the time we were there. If some upgrades are made we would be glad to visit here again.

Definitely disappointing

House size was good but mostly everything was falling apart. Maintenance was non existent. Luckily the cleaner knew we were waiting for the house so he did not lock it. Lock did not work. We changed the batteries and it worked. Cleanliness was marginal at best. Beds were terrible. We put mattresses on the floor to be able to sleep. Most lights did not work. Shower heads all clogged up! Kitchen patio door ??? Had to wrestle with it to open it. I could go on an on but we will never return as these problems were reported before and obviously nothing was done!

The house was clean and accommodating. A couple issues.. the garage was extremely hot. So playing pool was not an option. On of the chairs in kitchen had broken leg but nobody hot hurt. The table out back was extremely loose. But it was nice to sit outside. I bought a cpl coolers to leave for other guest. I also bought a screw driver and Allen wrenches for homeowner or management to fix the chair and the table. It was nice to grill but no utensils for it. Or a grill cleaner available. Didn’t want to ruin a rag for that. The foil on grill. Bad idea but it worked. We had plenty of room and it was fine for our family. Also my wife purchased some pool floats for kids and we left them there for other families. Wiped down for cleanliness. Thank you for our stay. It was super close to parks and the location was perfect.

Needs updating

Nice place but could use updating. Kitchen table well used, broken chairs in garage; Diningroom table chairs felt like there was no cushion in them; outside there were only 3 cushions for six people on metal chairs on the patio; patio set rusting and pieces were dropping off; only two pool cues had tips; no stopper in kitchen sink; outdoor fan wobbly and felt unsafe to use; unable to use fan in living room; mould in master walk in shower; master bed uncomfortable; master bedroom set outdated and coming apart; balcony dirty, multicoloured and could use a coat of paint; no oven mitts in kitchen no middle stopper in blender lid, issue with internet not working but they had it fixed the next day; nice quiet neighborhood, great for walks; fridge had broken drawer and door shelf. Well used pot sets need updating as nonstick coming off; mismatched paint splotches on walls. Not enough plastic dishes for patio and didn’t want to use glass as found small pieces of glass on the patio. Overall nice quiet neighborhood and nice house but we were expecting better quality for the price we paid.

Door code

Renting this house reading other reviews I seen that the front door key pad has been a problem in tge past. So i was assured that this problem has been resolved since we were coming in around midnight on a Saturday night. Get there and door would not unlock. After a few minutes of standing at the front door i walk around back to the pool area and go into house from the patio door that was not locked. Next issue was the air-conditioning. After a few days of the house only cooling to 78 degrees with the windows and door blinds shut all day while we were gone figured there was a problem. Maintenance was sent out to tell us it was froze up like a block of ice. May have been like this for a week. Will have to leave it off to thaw out for 5 hours. Never stayed at a house with minimal items. Lack of bath towels, pool toys, and kitchen supplies. No salt pepper- coffee filters! Other than that it is a big house nice pool good location.

Not what we expected

While the location and the size of the property was great, the property itself needs some cleaning and minor repairs and the communication with the property owner was great! I cleaned the house and left it cleaner than what it was during our stay.
