First time staying here and place was right at the beach, just feet away from the sand. Nice enough kitchen to make meals and the place was clean and ready upon our arrival. We used the provided cooler and beach chairs, along with beach towels. Much needed items when staying at the beach! My wife and I decided it is now our favorite place to stay in all of Florida!

Beautiful view & beach access

Most beautiful view of the beach and ocean from different angles from 5 windows. Beach access is just a few steps away. The place was up to date and very lovely, the bed was comfortable. The owners communicate great and are helpful and quick to respond. Great access to restaurants and all that you need. We had a perfect time and recommend this beautiful place

Don’t look any further book this place!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property. We had a great sleep every night in the very comfortable bed. The property is right on the beach and beach chairs, umbrella and cooler are provided to help you to enjoy your trip to the beautiful beach. Christopher, the owner, was great to work with and kept in touch prior to and during our stay to make sure everything was good. There are some nice restaurants in walking distance from the property and Christopher provides useful information on these. I have no hesitation in recommending this property and only wish we could have stayed longer on this visit. Duncan & Liz from the UK

My host, Christopher, was FAN-TASTIC!!! Property was exactly as described; the location was STUNNING; beach access could NOT be beat! I could not have been happier! The wow factor was high! Any questions I had were answered in under 5 minutes. All necessary beach items (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc) were included. An added bonus was the assigned parking space. Washer/dryer on premises came in handy on a couple of occasions during my 2-week stay. I would advise anyone to RUN, not walk, to secure this location for your FL vacation!

This place was a fantastic home away from home. Stores and restaurants are all so close and it’s easily walkable. The beach was also not crowded at all. It was easy to get a spot each day which was so nice. We will most certainly be back again.

It was represented PERFECLY online. It was amazing, Clean, attentional to detail awesome. loved it!

The property is just what we love. Its a small scale property of 12 rooms and its beautifully landscaped. We truly loved every part of this vacation. The owners were amazing to work with. The unit itself has been done in high end furnishings and is truly spectacular. Cant want to make plans to go back in the next year or so.

Incredible Place!

I can't speak highly enough about this rental. I have booked VRBO rentals in many different areas over the years and none have compared to this. Beautiful remodel job, with incredible ocean views. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. I was so happy with our experience, we booked for the following year before our vacation was even over. Thanks for a memorable vacation!
