MH 403 Ocean Lakes. 4 dormitorios, 3 baños (para 10) con carrito de golf personalizado y rampa. La playa y el parque están a poca distancia a pie (aproximadamente 1 1/2 cuadras). El centro de diversión familiar cuenta con una piscina, parque acuático, sala de juegos, mini golf, snack bar y más, y se encuentra a poca distancia.

** WIFI extendido y cable, Netflix, 6 televisores, 2 reproductores de DVD y una consola de juegos X Box 360
*** La suite de propietarios (cama queen) está en la parte trasera de la casa con un baño privado con ducha y un porche con mosquitero.
*** La suite familiar tiene 2 habitaciones (una con una cama queen y la habitación de los niños tiene una litera con escaleras, nido y dos camas individuales más un baño compartido con bañera profunda).
*** El dormitorio delantero tiene una cama matrimonial y el baño con ducha está justo afuera de la puerta.

Great stay for family

We chose this house because of the ramp and it worked well for our family including our special needs son. It is close to the beach and convenient to all Ocean Lakes has to offer. We rode bikes and enjoyed the use of the golf cart provided.

My family and I stayed here for a month! It truly was home away from home! We had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and plan on it! The owner was very pleasant and was very responsive during our stay.

Summer Fun

The property manager / owner was excellent! Communication with her was amazing! The camp ground where the house it offers everything you can need. The house is nice but the front screened porch was our favorite room. The gold cart made everything convenient as well. We had a wonderful vacation in the home. Thank you.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time this week at Ocean Lakes, and the house was perfect for our two families. We had a total of 8 people and the layout of the house allowed for plenty of space to spread out for both families. The house was clean and equipped with what we needed to enjoy our stay.

The place was very clean, house keeping came daily. Location was just a few steps from the pool and a very short distance from the beach. The only negative was the lack of supplies for the kitchen. It would be nice if dish soap, sponge, one roll of paper towels and more than four dishwasher tablets were provided.

Wonderful place to stay

We had a wonderful time here at MH403. This home is spacious with plenty of rooms and no one felt crowded. It's a very short walk to the pool and the beach. But of course you can also just ride the golf cart which my family loved. Wonderful place to make memories for a lifetime.

Family Vacation

We loved the open space of kitchen/dining area and living room. The one level house was a plus with having small kids. Screened in porch was a hit for the kids and adults. Also the golf cart was a plus. The location was excellent! We had an awesome week.

This was our first time booking this property but definitely will not be our last . The house was clean and well maintained and the owners were very responsive to any questions that I had . The location is convenient and our kids loved the bikes that were provided while we enjoyed the rocking chairs and the spacious deck . Definitely perfect for the family !

Exactly what we needed!

The house was exactly as advertised and fit our family perfectly! The use of the golf cart was great as it is much easier to drive around Ocean Lakes with a golf cart than a car! We loved just hopping in the golf cart and going to the pool or beach! Check in was super easy & fast which was really nice after a long drive in. Property manager was really helpful and responds quickly! Would definitely stay here again!

We always enjoy our stay at OL, in a house or camping. We chose a house this time so we could be more comfortable and the kids could get in out of the sun. While I usually stick to OL properties I decided to try VRBO this time, and Im happy we did. Owner of the property is incredible and responds quickly to any questions or issues that arose. Overall we were happy with our choice, convient to the beach, parks Water Park, Rec Center and Sandy Mart, plus it's handicapped accessible for our parents. The included golf cart made the kids evenings awesome so they could be included in the golf cart parades at night.

Will Stay Again!!

What originally drew us to this house was the fact that We were traveling with our parents who needed a handicap assessable home. Many houses in Ocean Lakes have tons of stairs. This property was perfect as it is one story and has a ramp. The lay out of the rooms was perfect. Parents had a room and bathroom. Kids wing with bunk room and additional room with bathroom and a room with on suite bath. Everyone had their own space. Long family farmhouse style table which we enjoyed every morning for breakfast and dinner. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Patio was perfect in the evenings for relaxing. Location Location Location. You could walk to the beach, the pool, the bball courts if you wanted to but golf cart rides were the kids favorite thing to do. The owners were amazing. We plan on booking for 2024 if all goes as well.

Read Before You Rent

Very disappointed in this rental. Pet smell in the carpet of the back bedroom made it impossible to sleep, had to move to smaller room at the front. Electrical outlets coming out of the wall when chargers unplugged, rotten board on the front deck caused me to turn my ankle, couch and chair in the living space was filthy, coffee maker had a charcoal filter that was solid black, dishwasher door is falling apart and needs replacing, screens on the front porch falling out and full of holes, siding coming off the building, light fixtures missing or not functioning. For the price I was expecting a decent rental, overall it was rundown and poorly maintained, we left 3 days early. We will rent directly from OL going forward.

I am very sorry you felt this way. You did say you had pictures, but I never received them. The deck board was replaced. I replaced the coffee pot. The sheet rock in mobile homes is very thin., I have repaired the outlets numerous times but there is nothing to attach them too. I added outlet strips so people could use them instead of the actual outlets. I asked a few people if they smelled a dog and no one smelled it. I had the cleaner clean the bedding and the carpet. I replaced the chair. I had not been to the home because we had a long term renter for 3 months and then 2 more renters before you. No one said anything or I would have taken care of it. Again, I apologize for your inconvenience. I did try to get in touch with you when you left to see what we could do for you but I never heard back.

Not as Advertised

When we got there, the place was crawling with workers trying to complete siding/screen job. I spoke with one of the owners, and he apologized and said the work should’ve been completed. He told the foreman to send us out to dinner. (The foreman did give us some money for dinner, but we had 10 family members to feed 🙄). The place was quite the mess. The screens were not on either decks, door knobs were not on, saw dust was everywhere, and the home was quite the mess. The house (mobile home) definitely needs some updates. The bed in the master BR fell on us twice during the night, and only enough hot water in that bathroom for one person to shower. The electrical plug in the kitchen is duct taped to the wall, we had no where to hang our clothes because there weren’t any rods in the closets, or doors on them, and the furniture, especially the couch is extremely old (80’s) and has a smell. The entire home was outdated at at some point has a leak because there were humidifiers going in all of the rooms. It was listed as handicap accessible, but the only thing accessible was a ramp up onto the front deck, which could not have been up to code. So steep my 13yr old couldn’t push himself up it. Nothing inside the home was handicap accessible. Unfinished sheet rock, the washer and dryer was so old we were afraid to run it. Dishwasher did not work. Rusted fans on deck, worn and dirty Rugs and furniture on porches. Not to mention infested with Palmetto bugs. Pics if needed.

Great Time!

We had a great time at ocean lakes. The owners were always in communication with us when needed and were very helpful. House was super clean and the kids loved being able to ride the golf cart and bikes.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I fell in love with Ocean Lakes the first time I went a few years ago. When you drive through the gates of Ocean Lakes it is instant vacation. Everyone is smiling. The golf cart parade at dark is amazing. The kids have fun decorating the carts and slapping each other’s hands as you drive by. I knew I had to have our own home there. This is my favorite section of OL. All the homes have big double lots so it feels homier to me. I fell in love with MH 403 as soon as I saw it and made an offer on the spot. It’s my happy place and I love sharing it with others.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I am a fan of open spaces and screened in porches and this home has both. The living room and kitchen have vaulted ceilings and since there is a sliding door in the kitchen, tons of light flows through. You can sit on the screened on porch (there are actually 2) and watch a ball game or just relax. It has had many updates since 2017. In 2024-25, I remodeled the home. Its always a work in progress and I enjoy the progress.
