Don't miss this perfectly located 2 bedroom/1.5 bath condo at Steinhatchee Place, newly remodeled, sleeps 7 and walking distance to boat ramp, beautiful new Steinhatchee Marina at Deadmans bay and multiple popular restaurants and bars including Roy's, Crabbie Dad's and much more. Sea Hag Marina is approximately 1/4 mile away as well. Both marinas offer boat slips, rentals and much more.

Plus, it’s a perfect getaway for those who would rather take a few days to relax and recharge instead of going with the hustle-and-bustle that other vacations may bring. Our cozy condo is stocked with all the necessities you need. Includes ample parking, including boat trailer area and hoses for rinsing off boat after a day in the water.

This was a very convenient location to boat ramp. Everything the description said was accurate. We had no issues and the property manager was responsive, easy to work with. Would stay here again.

First class place and amazing owner

It was easy working with Lisa on booking this property. She was both prompt and proactive in her communication. The property is super nice and all the furnishings look brand new. The linens and towels were amazing and plentiful. The condo is an easy walk to anything you would want to do in Steinhatchee. We rent places in the Hatch multiple times a year and this one is now at the top of my list for return visits. Can't go wrong with this property.

Pictures were a little misleading.............

Because we are older the fact that there was no pool and the complex was quieter was a bonus. But......and this is important......the first pictures of the listing give the impression that there is a view of the Gulf and that a dock is available. Neither of those things is the case. It would be far better to change the pictures order, and eliminate the ones of the view of the Gulf, a view that leads one to assume a balcony where a magnificent sunset could be viewed. Just highlight the newer construction, the quieter location and drop the somewhat deceptive pictures. Posting a picture of Sunset Place's dock as the first picture surely leads one to think a dock is available, regardless of whether it states so in the ad. Just be more honest about what it is........and it'll still rent and nobody will feel as we do, that it was a bit deceptive.

I'm sorry you felt like you were misled. The pictures show the beautiful sunsets that are steps away from the condo and it was not stated that the views were from the condos balcony. It was never stated either that there was a dock or pier. The information I provide prior to coming states information on the boat ramp and boat slips that are available at nearby marinas. So I believe we were not being deceptive but do apologize for your misinterpretation. Hope you enjoyed your stay and I do appreciate your comments.

We booked this property last minute for the end of scallop season and it worked out well. The property owner was responsive to email and helped point us in the right direction for scalloping. There was parking around the property for the boat we trailered. There is no direct water access from this property but the town ramp is a minute away. The linens were clean although there was a faint musty odor from some of the pillows not surprising being close to the water. The only very mild complaint not about the property itself but the location was a small bar down the road that had some rowdy people driving up and down the road in their 4x4s until after 2am (it was a Saturday night). Overall the property was clean and well maintained and I would stay there again. Thank you for providing a nice place to stay!

Perfect vacation spot.

This property was just as the pictures show. Very clean and modern. Location was perfect near the boat ramp. We came down for a quick scalloping weekend and hope to book this place the next time we come back. Could not have asked for more!!

It's a diamond in the rough and one of Florida's best kept secrets! We have had many great family trips here scalloping and fishing and sometimes just a quiet get away. We wanted to share these experiences with others and bought our unit to allow others to use while we don't. Enjoy and make YOUR OWN family memories.
