Alii Villas #332 Million Dollar Ocean View. Watch Dolphins, Coastal Vibes.

Come enjoy a fabulous time in an ocean front property in Kailua-Kona Hawaii. This unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home at a premier location at Ali'i Villas. The décor of this unit has been done in cool coastal and has just been remodeled top to bottom. Shoji screens can be drawn if you need additional privacy in Master. Most like to keep them open for that breezy open vibe.
Ocean surrounds this unit from every window, and you will be staying in the endcap unit directly on the ocean. Sit on your lanai sipping Kona coffee as the dolphin's frolic in the water almost daily.
All day long you will hear the sounds of the waves crashing on the rocks, see the ships come in, look down and see beautiful fish. The unit does not have air but, if you open the front door and lanai, you will enjoy our beautiful trade winds. Overhead fans are located in each room, beautifully appointed baths and a fabulous kitchen. I have put a nice built-in desk so you can work remotely in comfort, with usb connections for your electronics. The unit is supplied with everything you will need to enjoy a Blessed and Amazing Vacation. The condo is located on the 3rd floor, and we do not have elevators. Welcome to Kailua-Kona and my Ohana.

Spectacular Oceanside condo

Beautiful place with a clear view of the ocean

We loved our stay at this place! It's beautifully decorated and the balcony has a clear view over the ocean, I spent so much time just sitting on the balcony admiring the beauty of the waves and all the colorful fish that comes in with the waves.

The sound of the sea, sea turtles up close and wonderful sunsets

We felt very comfortable in the apartment and were able to spend a great time on Big Island due to the location and amenities.Betsy is a great hostess - friendly, responsive and accommodating.We can 100% recommend the accommodation and would like to thank Betsy very much for welcoming us as guests.

Beautiful condo with breathtaking view

Condo had everything we needed and the view from the large balcony was gorgeous. Condo was very tastefully updated as well. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and also enjoyed having Honl beach so close by (small beach but we sometimes had it to ourselves!). Wonderful location as well. We would definitely stay again.

Awesome location

Terrific location on the water. We spent all our time ,when we were at the condo, on the patio. Betsy has thought of everything. We appreciated the sand chairs and other gear. A beautiful place.

Loved the view and location

This condo’s location is one of the best on property. The view and sounds from the balcony lulled us to sleep each night. Plenty of room and met all our needs as a family including beach stuff, kitchen supplies, and pool/cookout area on property. Kona is beautiful and the location was accessible to everything. Great parking situation as well. You do need to be able to climb stairs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The condo was immaculate and perfect for our family. Betsy was very helpful and attentive. Excellent location and amazing views from the lanai. Most beautiful view

This light and airy condo shouts vacation. Charmingly decorated in a beach/ ocean theme, it is just what sun starved state spiders are looking for. The view from the lanai will have you staying ‘home’ more than you’d think. Delightful.

Beautiful

I can’t say enough good things about this property. The view was absolutely gorgeous and the location was great. It’s about a mile from everything you would need. I really enjoyed my morning walks to grab coffee. The neighborhood felt very safe and the parking spot is conveniently right in front of the unit. Betsy was a great host and I would gladly choose this property again!

Wow! This was one of the best places we've ever stayed at. Everything about the condo was on point. The location was perfect! Best condo in Alii Villas

We nicknamed this condo the "Penthouse" of Alii Villas. It's the last unit next to the ocean, on the third floor, and has unobstructed ocean views, cool ocean breezes, and amazing sunsets from the large lanai. If you love to hear the sound of waves crashing on the rocks this is the condo for you. It is comfortable and has everything you need, including beach chairs and towels to take with you on your outings. The kitchen is well equipped should you feel like cooking. It's a short mile walk to downtown Kona for shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend this condo.

This is THE best place we’ve ever stayed anywhere!

First of all, if we could have bought this place, we would have in a heartbeat. Everything about the condo and our experience was perfect. The ocean view is unmatched. Drifting off to sleep each evening listening to the sound of the ocean is pure bliss. The beachy decor is a perfect compliment to its location. The entire condo has been remolded and is just beautiful. I was worried at first about no air conditioning but my worries quickly faded with the trade winds and the awesome ceiling fans. If you open the windows and doors and have the fans on, it’s the perfect temperature night and day. The sunset views are breathtaking. I know for certain that when my family goes back to the Big Island, we will be contacting Betsy to book our accommodations. Thank you for helping make our stay perfect.

I have been coming to Kona since 2016 and decided this is where I want to call home, officially moving to the island in 2020. I love our guests and many have become dear friends that I see annually. You will love our little Paradise. I am a retired financial planner and current USCG Maritime Captain. You just might see on the water!
