Plenty of room for the family and friends to spread out or gather.
12 Beach tags included.
All of the rental party must be 27 or older unless children of the renters.

This 5 Bedroom 4-1/2 Bath 4000 sq. ft home has been meticulous maintained and includes new central AC and an elevator.
The lower level has a large family room with a wet bar, fridge and microwave. Two bedrooms, a shared bath and one of the 2 laundry areas. A back porch with a fenced in backyard and an outside shower complete the lower level.
Beautiful hardwood floors and a well equipped gorgeous kitchen with a large living-room are on the main level with back and front decks, a half bath, and 1 of the king master bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom.
The 3rd level has 2 more large en-suite master bedrooms with king beds and decks that have views of the ocean. The 2nd laundry area is also located on that level.
No expense has been spared in building or furnishing this home.

Summer rentals are Sat to Sat only.

Stay in Brigantine for a quiet beach town feel with large uncrowded beaches or check out Atlantic City for great entertainment and some amazing restaurants.

Wonderful beach house

We loved staying at this clean, spacious, well-designed beach house. It had all the amenities, great location near beach entrance with lifeguard stations, nicely-decorated and the elevator was a plus for elderly grandparent visitors. Great layout for cooking, watching movies, eating together, and playing board games. Perfect for family gatherings.

All Around Excellent Stay!

The house is beautifully appointed and in a great location. The neighborhood feel combined with close, easy beach access was wonderful. The owner stocks the house generously with beach equipment and in-home basics like coffee and tea. Excellent communication with the owner who is super responsive and friendly! I highly recommend!!

Perfect spot for a girls weekend!

The house was amazing - the pictures do NOT do it justice - the living and kitchen area were spacious and perfect for a big group to gather together. Great layout, a lot of bathrooms, balconies and lounge areas. Beds were super comfortable. The house was so close to the beach, though it's a long (but beautiful) walk to the ocean. Wish we could have stayed for more than a few days! The host was very communicative and friendly. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Labor Day Weekend!

We stayed at this property over Labor Day weekend and it was everything we hoped for in a rental home! It was close to the beach and had a great view from the porch. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The comfort for the beds was ok and the game selection for kids was great! We will absolutely be looking here again.

Wonderful getaway

The property is wonderful house with plenty of room - both in the house itself and the very close expansive beach. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are beach toys, puzzles, and games. The 12 or so beach chairs are top quality with storage pockets and full recline function. Regrettably, we did not need to use Phoenix beach cart but it reflects the owners desire to be top quality hosts. Betti-Lou (the host) was very responsive as well.

This home has a great design for a large group of adults. Loved the three bedrooms with en-suites. The elevator ended up being more helpful than we expected. The kitchen had everything we could have needed, & we cooked every night. Proximity to the beach, the island itself, and the general vibe was what we were looking for! Of course loved the beach cart and used it every day :-). Wonderful!

Perfect Family Vacation

I can't say enough about this house. It was perfect for our family! The house is very clean and has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. We had 12 people staying in the house and we all had our own space. We were comfortable and relaxed. The proximity to the large, spacious, beautiful beach was amazing. Betti-Lou was always available if we needed her although the house was set-up so great that we didn't really need any assistance the entire vacation. I would highly recommend this vacation rental and will be reserving again in the future!

Excellent well equipped beach property

We rented this house and it was everything we wanted for our large group...12 in total. The house was large with it's 5 bedrooms and had pretty much everything we needed including a fantastic beach cart. We had 9 month old and boys ages 5,8 and 10 so there more than just beach chairs and towels going to the beach daily and that cart was a blessing. The owner was very attentive and available throughout our stay. We really don't have anything negative to say and would stay at this property again without hesitation. A 10 in my book!!!

Amazing Beach House

This is an absolutely perfect beach rental. Steps to the ocean, a spacious modern and super comfortable home. Great little touches by the owner/host to make things easy. Beach tags. Beach chairs, beach toys, beach trolley, Umbrellas, you name it. Lots of decks. A amazing grill. Fully equipped kitchen. You won’t go wrong. Just don’t take our week :). We can’t wait to return.

The perfect Shore house

We’ve been traveling to Brigantine for our annual family vacations for the last 12 years. Our family has grown during that time, which required us to reconsider the type of vacation home we stay in. This was our 1st year at this property and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the accommodations. Betti-Lou (our host) went out of her way to not only make sure the home was super comfortable, but also made sure we had an enjoyable time. We were even greeted with a welcome basket full of goodies! The house is clean, convenient, and really comfortable. We will make it a point to stay here again for future vacations at the Shore!

Best House Ever

Location, location, location! Our family of 11 (grandparents, aunt, adult children, and 4 grands) spent a glorious week in this spacious 5 bedroom, 4 and 1/2 bath home, which also has a clean, private outdoor shower. This home is exactly as described, only better. Bathrooms on each floor and the Elevator made for a relaxing stay. The 4 children shared the bunk room and claimed the huge downstairs den. They found many outdoor toys in the garage to keep them busy in the large, fenced backyard. Having a big fridge plus a wine fridge in the kitchen, plus a small bar refrigerator in the den was great. We can't say enough about the huge beach cart. It held EVERYTHING and made for an easy long walk through the dunes. The owners also supply many nice, clean beach chairs and toys. They thought of everything, including 12 beach passes!!. We all slept well on the comfy beds. And spent every evening on the comfy, shady front deck. All bikes fit in the garage. We biked everywhere on the island. Jersey Cow icecream is the best, and can't say enough about TikiTaco and the huge ACME store. We cooked on the gas grill most nights, so easy to have it right off the kitchen. Bring tin pans from Costco and make cleanup a cinch! All the decks had fine quality, comfortable furniture. Thank you, Betti-Lou for sharing you home with us and being such a gracious host. You and your husband are dear people. Sincerely, Eileen barrefridgerator in the den was amazing.

The Perfect Beach Home

I have been visiting Brigantine for 19+ years and this home was by far my favorite. Betti-Lou was so easy to deal with and her communication was excellent. The house was impeccably clean. Tons of amenities!! Excellent location! We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful Home

Six girlfriends stayed here for our annual girls trip this year. The home is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us with plenty to spare. The owner was very helpful and in touch during our stay. Unfortunately Hurricane Ian moved up the coast giving us a soggy stay so we weren’t able to take advantage of the various outside decks. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

A well-stocked, super clean house perfect for multiple families

We absolutely loved renting this house and are already talking about returning next September! It was perfect for 2 families of 4 + my MIL. The house had everything we needed and was absolutely the cleanest house we’ve rented. We’d never been to brigantine before but loved exploring the little town. Betti Lou was very responsive and checked in during our stay. September is such a great time down the shore and we can’t wait to return!

Wonderful home!

What a wonderful home! So spacious. Even with 11 people we never felt cramped. We had a small issue with the AC and grill, but both were taken care of promptly by the owners. We would definitely stay here again.

Great beach vacation!

Betti-Lou’s home has great curb appeal and was a perfect fit for our group! The kitchen had everything we needed and the dining area had enough seating for a family dinner. The space downstairs was great for the teens/tweens in our group and we used the backyard for family game night. The garage had plenty of room to store our beach chairs/umbrellas and the extra fridge is perfect to keep additional drinks cold. Brigantine beaches are beautiful and just a bit of walk from Betti-Lou’s home. The water was exceptionally cold this year (but I believe that was because of a weather phenomenon called “upwelling”) so we didn’t spend a ton of time in the water, but still went to the beach every day. Betti-Lou made the entire process easy and our stay was very enjoyable!

We will be back!

This house was everything we hoped it would be. When you are vacationing with 3 generations, it can be difficult to find a property to fit everyone comfortably. This house did just that. Multiple king beds, plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and tv area for the kids to have for themselves, and comfortable outdoor seating make this house stand out. It was very clean and well maintained. The layout of the home and the usage of the space is so smart. The stocked kitchen was awesome for cooking big family meals. Betti-Lou and John have put great thought into the little details of this house. We will definitely be back!

Beach Vacation

The only thing I would change about this rental experience was the fact we had to bring our own sheets and towels, this was a burden since we were coming from out of town locations requiring additional packing.
