Place was amazing and the location was unmatched. Able to walk everywhere and parking was no issue. Host made it easy for us to access the building earlier than check in time and available when needed.

Very convenient to food, bars and shopping. Nice view of river. Very comfortable bed and furniture. Air-conditioning and heating is a little loud, but we are an older couple light sleepers. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Loved the location, convenience to everything needed. Condo was clean and just as pictured. The only negative if I was looking for one, is the return in bedroom is very loud. Would still come back and can't wait till our next stay!

The property was advertised just how it was and the views out the back window were great of the river and of downtown, loved sitting on the deck and reading.

Wilmington River Walk

Convenient, cozy, clean, and comfortable. The condo was walking distance to all of our destinations. Just the right size unit for a couple. Very clean condo and neat neighborhood. Highly recommended for those with a desire for a beautiful view, convenient shopping and great dining. A definite "would book again".

We had a fantastic day at this condo. Parking was easy and the condo was close to everything. We walked all around downtown Wilmington. Communication with the property manager and owner was great.

Quick night stay for a concert at Live Oak Pavillion

Great place and surrounding area. Short walk to all you need. Parking and check in/out were easy. Property manager communication was outstanding!

Wonderful Wilmington

Our condo was absolutely perfect! The view from the balcony was lovely early morning drinking coffee and the condo was located so we could venture out and enjoy downtown Wilmington. We will definitely come back!

Comfortable, Clean, and Great Location!

This was a great place to stay to experience downtown Wilmington! Short walk to the main downtown area shops and restaurants and a beautiful view of the river and battleship off the back balcony. Also only 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. Couldn’t have been better.

This property was excellent. Very Clean and location was perfect for our family trip. Restaurants and views were amazing and the owner gave great instructions and communicated amazingly through our stay! I would highly recommend and we will be back!

Great value

The price for location is amazing. Walkable to all the boardwalk and downtown spots: shopping, eating, live music, riverboats, etc. Really appreciated smart TVs, comfy furniture, balcony. Only took off 1 (little) star because there’s no dishwasher and there’s a bit of a funky smell in the unit. Overall, it’s a great value and comfortable!

Cute property, awesome location

The condo is well-appointed, immaculately clean, and couldn’t be better located. The balcony overlooking the river and the Riverwalk provided great views. Everything was as advertised, and the owner, Kelly, and the property manager Nancy were very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!

Close to everything- tons of fun!

We really enjoyed staying at the condo, it is very well kept -the balcony is right over the street with all the activity - can see the ship from right there really a nice place. We will do it again. I had a great time.

Clean, somewhat relaxing stay

The space is clean and looks like the photos. The instructions are wordy and complex, so be prepared for that. Overall, it was fine.

Wilmington Nightlife

Located on waterfront near noisy restaurants. Apartment itself is clean and cozy. Complex is not well maintained by real estate company that appears to own it. Parking complicated if you do not know what you are doing. Ok for a one- or two-night stay but not much more. Owner was gracious and communicative.
