Everything was great and the accommodations were just perfect for the two of us. Spent most our time walking the beaches and enjoying the wonderful weather.

Fantastic location on south end of island..private beach that wasnt crowded..Fell asleep & woke up to the waves..comfy bed,fully equipped kitchen.Perfect vacation!

Enjoyed Every Minute

Our stay was everything we had hoped for. The unit and location were exactly as presented to us on VRBO. The instructions were clear and easy to understand. The Dolphins put on an amazing show we watched from the balcony every morning. The community within the building was inviting and friendly.

Perfect sunset view!

Stunning view, we enjoyed the sunsets daily! Comfy living room/patio furniture. (We appreciated the recliners in the living room since many condos don't have them). Condo was well supplied and nicely decorated. Owner was great to work with and prompt with responses to questions. She even surprised me with a pretty flower bouquet for my birthday! I definitely would choose to stay again!

Good view, clean VERY UNCOMFORTABLE

The unit does have a great view and was clean. But nothing has been updated for years including sheets that were scratchy from being so old. Pillows are all flat and uncomfortable making it very difficult to sleep. The toilet is so low to the ground and small if you have a new hip or knee like I do makes it very difficult to use. There are plastic chairs on the patio again not comfortable to relax and have your coffee. No ice machine in the fridge there is very small plastic ice containers. Would not stay here again.

Rebuilding The Beach

We had stayed at the EBTC four years ago and loved it. The complex is on the beach and we know we have to pay extra for that luxury. We were aware how devastating the recent hurricanes were to the area. We were a bit taken aback the day we arrived to be informed beach rebuilding was occurring directly in front of the complex. Beach repair is not a fast process as we observed the week we were there. Sand is dredged from elsewhere and pumped along with lots of water to the site. Bulldozers, excavators and other large construction equipment move about leveling sand and repositioning the piping used to transport the sand/water. We were annoyed that crews were working ANY GIVEN hour of the day/night doing their thing. Many times instead of enjoying the surf, we heard the beep beep beep of equipment backing up or the clattering and clanking of bulldozers. Progress on the beach was maybe 2-300 feet during our time there, again not a quick process. The construction area was blocked off with signs stating it was a felony to enter. So it was quite a ways to walk to get our feet in the Gulf of America. Otherwise, the condo was adequate for us and host responded quickly.

Perfect location

From the beginning to the end, it was the perfect vacation! A perfect location on the beach in FMB. Amazing views! A super sweet condo with everything you need. Lisa was a perfect host and we’re ready to book it again!!!!

Beautiful Beachfront

The location is everything and this unit has it. The views from the unit were perfect. It was everything as described. It was a small, quaint condo that was clean, well appointed and comfortable. That area of the beach was not crowded and was very relaxing. Lisa was accessible and a good host. We would come here again.

Perfect!

Really nice and clean condo! We were able to see Dolphins from the balcony almost every day. The Kirchen Equipment could be better, but we used it only for breakfast and Barbecue. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Just wonderful!

It was a perfect size space with a wonderful view overlooking the ocean. So clean and comfortable. The beach was beautiful. Had a great time finding shells with holes in them to decorate the trees with. The condo had everything anyone would need. The balcony was a beautiful place to sit and to watch the sunsets. All appliances worked perfectly and it was nice to cook most meals there. An exciting time to be there as the sea turtles were starting to nest. There even was a wedding on the beach. Couldn't have been better. Absolutely perfect and as titled "just wonderful ".

Beautiful view of the gulf and sunset. Short walk to ocean beach.

Easy access to the condo the host was very quick to answer any question we had. Overall a very nice experience I would recommend for anyone

Paradise at its BEST !!!!

Lisa was an AMAZING hostess. Staying at her condo for the past 2 weeks was like being in heaven. Every window has a GORGEOUS full view of the Gulf. You can see Sanibel Island and North Fort Meyers from her unit. Her condo was bright, and super clean. The king size bed was really comfy. The beach was 150 meters away and the pool was about 150 meters away as well. The pool was between 88-90 degrees and super clean. Washer and dryers available downstairs for a minimal fee. All the owners as well as the "guests" were very friendly as well. Lisa gave us her cell number in case we needed anything as she was only 15 minutes away if we needed anything. We can't wait to stay here again. Thank you Lisa for sharing your condo with us ❤️. Amy & Mitchell stayed from 12/23/2021 to 1/5/2022

Lovely condo with great view. Furnished with all your beach needs. Grounds were well kept and several nice restaurants and shops within walking distance.
