This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home that has been all updated is a sure bet. The beautiful terra cotta screened in porch with brand new hot tub, is a perfect place to enjoy the sunset and watch the fish jump on the canal. 2 Kayaks, 1 paddle board and bikes are available for your stay. 2 King beds and one bunk room with four beds.

Great property

The property is great....just as pictured and as described. Notice particularly the photo of the screened-in porch and the view beyond. This was a wonderful place to sit.

Amazing!

The place is in a great, quiet location. Only noises we heard were the neighbors leaving in the morning on their boat, and wildlife. The property has everything that was needed, and communication with the owners was absolutely amazing! Close to plenty of local restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great times

We had such a great time. The Property was spotless and spacious. Love the canal right in the back yard. The host responded quickly to any questions we had and were very accommodating. We will definitely try to stay here again next time.

A great 2 weeks

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The kayaks were enjoyed a few times. The hot tub was enjoyed most evenings. It was hard to rate the neighborhood (that's why I only have it 4 stars) due to hurricane damage. Communication was great.

Fort Myers getaway

Our family of seven (all adults) were visiting my mom who lives in N Ft Myers. This property was perfect for us. We were within 10 minutes to both my mom and downtown Ft Myers. The lanai was so cozy and the house was immaculate and spacious. The master bathroom was beautiful!! We enjoyed kayaking on the canal a couple of mornings. We will be returning to this property! If we had to change anything, we would not see leftover food from previous guests or loofahs in the shower. Other than that we have only positive things to say about this property.

AMAZING!!!!

What a beautiful place to stay! We loved the water access in the back yard to relax and do some fishing in the evenings. The home was even better than the pictures!!! The host was very responsive and accommodating. We would highly recommend this rental and will look forward to staying again when we are in the area!

Perfect getaway

I was absolutely in love with this place. The sunrise from the dock was stunning, the outside lanai was an oasis. That’s where we stayed most of the time. I would definitely rent this place again when we come back.

Perfect location for our gathering

This is a very well appointed property. Comfortable and well located. A couple tried out the hot tub and enjoyed it. It would be perfect for two small families with small children given the bunk room. The master suite is very comfortable. We would recommend it.

Beautiful home on the canal!

My wife and I daughter and son-in-law and our two year old grandson stayed at this beautiful place in North Fort Myers. It was spacious well laid out floor plan with a beautiful patio outback overlooking the canal. It is overlooking the canal where are you will see many jumping fish. The hosts were awesome and Took care of every one of our needs. We would definitely recommend others stay there as well!

Excellent location. Owner easy to work with. Answered questions promptly. Lots of space. Large master bedroom suite. Clean and well stocked. Loved the hot tub. Would rent again.

Comfortable and relaxing

Pictures don't do it justice🙂 this is a well kept gorgeous home in a beautiful quiet setting. The Host was fabulous we will definitely be back as well as telling our friends and family about it.
