Wonderful Vacation Home Near Siesta Key Beach

Newly renovated and family-friendly home near Siesta Key Beach and downtown Sarasota. House is set up to sleep up to 8 people comfortably with every comfort in mind. Neighborhood is close to bike rentals, golf courses, local restaurants, fishing, shopping, movie theater and local attractions! Very spacious home with open concept and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Light & bright with all the necessities needed for your stay including fully equipped kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, washer & dryer.

The space
Large fenced backyard with a lovely relaxing Swim SPA and "palapa" covered seating area. Outdoor shower for convenience after a day at the beach. Mango trees provide edible fruit and big oaks create shade. BBQ pit. Extra parking space.
Master bedroom (queen), walk in closet, flat screen TV and an en-suite master bathroom with shower. Second bedroom (queen) & third bedroom (2 twins). Sleeper sofa next to the kitchen sleeps two more people on a queen size mattress.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house and yard area. Home is set up with high speed Internet, xfinity cable, foosball, books, games and ping pong table in the garage. Something to do for everyone!

Lovely house, property owner was very responsive. The location is close to the beach which was nice. The property had plenty of extra towels and other necessities. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful, well-appointed property

The house was perfect for us! Roomy and comfortable with all of the amenities we needed, including laundry, spa, kitchen with everything needed for cooking, plenty of extra towels and sheets, and parking for 2 cars. The location is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, close to beaches, shopping, parks, etc. will definitely stay here again!

Family Time

This home is absolutely perfect for us. It was probably the cleanest rental we've had and close to good restaurants. The swim spa in the backyard was nice and private. We loved it and booked again for next year!

Great House

The home is conveniently located between downtown Sarasota and Siesta Key. Management is very responsive and accommodated our need for a late departure given no guests were arriving on that day. Home had anything you could need while staying in a guest house. Even a cooler, beach towels and chairs. Would definitely stay again. Thanks.

This house is amazing!

This house is in the best location, close to town and beaches. The house was extremely clean and had everything that we needed. I really appreciated the welcome basket and the book that explained everything. The house has lots of room. If you plan on traveling to Sarasota, do yourself a favor and rent this house. 😊. We will definitely rent this property again.

We felt at home

The owners provided clear information and were very responsive. We had a seamless check-in. The house was very clean, well-organized and comfortable. The owners provided everything we could possibly require (linens, kitchen appliances etc.). The swim SPA, foosball and ping pong tables were a huge plus for the kids and the entire family. The house is also 12-15 minutes away from the closest beach. We had a great time.

NEXT DOOR TO PARADISE

Beautiful, spacious house close to Sarasosta's best features. House was immaculate, with all the amenities you need for your stay. Literally 12 minutes, we were on the beach in Siesta Key. 15 minutes to downtown restaurants and shops. Movie theater (reclining seats and meals to order while viewing) 3 minutes, along with Publix supermarket and Macys. Enjoyed ourselves immensely

Little Oasis

The house was really cozy and had everything that I needed for a comfortable stay. Leo was quick to respond to my questions and check-in was super easy. The beach was a ten minute drive from the house that had easy parking. The back patio was my favorite area of the house. It was like a little oasis that was the perfect place to sit back and relax. This home is also FAMILY FRIENDLY, which is such a huge plus. Not many homes I come across accommodate fully for little kids. This house is a giant thumbs up and I will definitely be staying here again during my next visit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this vacation rental, and I can't stop raving about it! From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The place was spotless and beautifully maintained, making our stay incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights for us was the well-equipped kitchen, where we bonded over cooking delicious meals together as a family. The outdoor amenities were a huge hit too – we had a blast in the pool and enjoyed some friendly competition with ping pong matches. It truly felt like our own private oasis. By the end of our stay, we felt completely refreshed and rejuvenated. This vacation rental exceeded our expectations in every way possible. If you're looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway, I can't recommend this place enough. We're already counting down the days until we can come back and do it all over again!

Large home!

Great location and great home! Tried to check in early but wasn't able to connect with the owner. There are things we missed in the garage, we didn't know to look there for the Beach Chairs and Ping Pong Table! Rear neighbors were partying hard one night, nothing can be done about that. There is a Keurig - so many sure you bring your pod's! Small issues with the unit, but the owners said they will address, no show stoppers, I'd go back!

Nice but expensive

Fees were a lot more than I expected, ( I didn't pay close enough attention to the fees and was a little shocked at how much they were) Almost double the price I expected to pay! We had five people there, including a 13 year old and they charged me for an extra person. ??? Cleaning fees were a bit exorbitant, We clean cabins in the Hocking Hills region, so I know what we charge. House was clean and inviting though, so we enjoyed it.

We had a great stay and would absolutely come back. The home was very clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to everything, especially Siesta Key beach, which made getting around super easy. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, and the house was well stocked with supplies that made it feel like home right away. Overall, a smooth and comfortable experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
