Travel enthusiasts, look no further. New contemporary house in up and coming Trinity Groves neighborhood. Beautiful modern decor with all the comforts of home!

Living room boasts a large sectional, ottoman, two side chairs, plus an 86’ flatscreen TV.

Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, side by side refrigerator, marble countertop, large island, dining table for six and an intimate patio.

Three upstairs bedrooms, comfortably sleeping six. Master bedroom has a king bed, 55’ flatscreen TV, desk and balcony. Other two bedrooms have queen beds and flatscreen TVs.

Master bath has a sunken tub, separate modern shower and double vanity. Second Jack & Jill bath has a huge modern shower, shared by bedrooms 2 & 3. Powder room is downstairs between living room and kitchen.

Bright, clean and modern! Conveniently located, minutes from Medical City, American Airlines Center, downtown Dallas and many local attractions, Love Field and DFW airports. You will LOVE this house!

Amazing property and customer interaction

First off, thank you to the host for being so warm & interactive. Great hosts will usually equal great properties and this one was spot on. The aesthetics, decorations, & layout were all amazing. But I gotta say, the true gems are in the small details. Elaine the property manager/host had the house furnished with EVERYTHING you can think you would need. As a travel agent, I travel all over the world, and when I do trainings, I usually get a rental home so some of my partners can stay with me. I usually have to get everything separately and bring to the house....seasonings to cook with, extra toilet paper, soap, air fresheners, pods for the washer etc. Nope, not this time! How refreshing was it to see everything was thought of and in this home!! There were even some left over waters in the fridge. She even had some amazon echos (which I have all over my home) so I was able to set a few alarms, reminders and check the weather. It was great feeling like I had access to everything I would have at home, here! Thank you for the small details that went a long way. The Master bedroom is huge with an amazing walk in closet! The other rooms are very nicely decorated with smart TV's in all of the rooms. My only complaint was I didn't have access to the garage as I wanted to pull my Jaguar in off the street, but it wasn't that big of a deal and the car was safe in the driveway. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Dallas!

Neat house, Nice location

The house was very clean. The host answered all questions. The location is close to downtown Dallas and there was a lot to do in the area. Would stay here again

Loved our stay!

This property is exactly as advertised! Lovely, spacious, clean. Elaine was great at communicating with us and made check in and out very smooth. The home is just the right distance from downtown. One of our favorite jaunts was to Terry Black's BBQ. We were fortunate to have clear skies for the 2024 eclipse and were able to enjoy watching right from the front yard! Spectacular!

Great vacation weekend

We enjoyed spending time as a family in Dallas. Staying at Wanderlust was perfect. The house was spotless with everything you need. It was a quick drive to anything in Dallas and if you have runners/walkers in your group it easy access to the trail. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back.

Dangerous Neighborhood- stay at your own risk.

We were there on a work trip. The house looks and is beautiful but the neighborhood around it is not safe. The cops came and had to search the house and escorted us out due to something going on at the property behind us. The police helicopter was flying around searching for someone. The Dallas PD told us that it was the highest crime neighborhood in Dallas. We only got to stay one night and the owner did nothing to help. Our total stay was quite a bit for multiple nights. I understand the fees and cleaning but the owner only offered us less than 1/3 of what we paid. I think they should’ve given us back enough to cover the nights we didn’t stay. They said they couldn’t bc they were a “small business.” Well we are too and i had to go book a hotel which was expensive due to being last minute. VRBO also did nothing to help. I will Not be booking with VRBO again and do not recommend this house.
