Welcome to our fully furnished 3BD home in the Bishop Arts District in Dallas! Our home is steps away from some of the city's best restaurants, bars, and shops. Enjoy a night in the cozy living room with a large TV. Cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen and dine with your loved ones. Each bedroom features comfortable beds with fresh linens and storage space. The two modern bathrooms come with fluffy towels and all the essentials. Book now and explore the vibrant Bishop Arts District!

We have designed the charming home to have all of your essential needs!

PETS
The property is dog friendly, yet we do have a two-dog maximum & additional pet fee. If you’re away from the home, please crate your pet. The area is pet-friendly, so you will find plenty of places that should accommodate you.

We were unable to stay. The home was being lived in. We had to find a new rental for 6 adults late in the day on Friday.

Girls Weekend in Dallas

Bishop Arts District was a great location for our long weekend in Dallas. Close to many shops & restaurants. The house covered all the necessities & perfect for our needs. One item to note is that the house is a duplex.

Great location!

The house is quaint and clean. The house is down the street from the Arts district with tons of fun restaurants and shops. We loved walking there and exploring them and had great meals! There were people staying upstairs who came in late at night and it was very loud as expected in an old house. The negative was very weak water pressure.

Cute house, good location, but not totally transparent

The house was great! Clean and cute. Good location, but limited parking. The one thing I did not like was that the listing said "entire house"... this actually included only the downstairs. I did not realize that the upstairs was a separate unit, and there were people staying there. It was loud and distracting, and made me feel uncomfortable.

Great spot

Great location, half a block walk to the start of Bishop Arts district, super cool area with tons of shops and restaurants open late, safe and lots to do for teens. House was great, much more space than we thought. A couple of little things, couch was super uncomfortable, towels were old and dingy, trash can lid didn’t work…little things like that but the space and location more than made up for it and we would definitely stay again. Host was great, never even had to have contact with them, sent everything in timely manner and full of explanations and expectations.

Cute house in the middle of a mess

House and amenities were great!! Parking was terrible. Restaurants and condos/apartments are right next door on both sides. Luckily there was a very narrow driveway, no street parking was available. Neighbor upstairs was extremely noisy about 2am which woke my husband. Would stay again just because I am better prepared for what I’m getting.

A few things to know..

Parking is limited. This is a downstairs unit and if you have noisy people upstairs it is hard to sleep. Within feet of the busy Bishop Arts district so there is plenty to do and the night life goes strong well into the night. Make sure you bring something to drown out the noise if you want to go to bed early.

Horrible stay

upon arrival door was open and me and my friends were scared to even walk in host did not reply. Fast enough no tiles were prepared for us. They were still in the dryer maintenance needs to be updated. In some areas didn’t even work. He accused us of having a party and we weren’t, if you’re looking for a very nice house, this is not your pick.

So much potential

Pictures are generally not accurate. The location is perfect. The upkeep is not. Multiple lightbulbs out. Broken front door lock. It was wide open when we arrived. The towels are mismatched and very old. The front porch is dirty and disheveled. Broken blinds. No glasses to drink from. Its a beautiful house but is not being kept up. The front yard looks bad. .

Would have been perfect if....

Would have been a perfect stay. If the outside match the inside. Out lawn was atrocious. Trash, litter, garbage on lawn. Overgrown weeds, grass, scrubs. Someones groceries delivered and had been sitting on the porch for days with melted cream, maggots and flies on raw meat. As a guest I should not have had to clean that up to enter the front door. The back of yard to possibly cook on grill was not even as option. Due to the unkept yard and peach tree limbs covering back door exit.

No Parking!

We didnt end up staying at this house as there was nothing in the listing about a shared driveway and forst come forst serve parking or parking on the atreet. This was not told to me until i received check in info. I never would have booked had this been made clear in the listing! I DO NOT park my vehicle on the street. Im sure the property is nice other than the parking situation. This may not be important to many but it is to me and it should be listed in the information on the VRBO listing.
