Close to everything

Owner was very friendly and went out of his way for us we flew in late at night and he provided us with breakfast items so we didn’t have to go to the store when we arrived and always answered any questions we had

Florida getaway

The house was in good condition and located in an area that was helpful to our stay. Some of the locations we visited, Holy Cross church for a convention, Seminole State University Planetarium, the Sanford Zoo were in close proximity. The suggestions from Jim with local restaurants was perfect for a variety of foods that we thoroughly enjoyed. Should we need to be in that particular area again, we would definitely submit to stay at his vrbo again. Thanks Jim for your hospitality. to visit was excellent.

Perfect place to stay.

This place was perfect for me and my boys. We were there for a baseball tournament at Boombah Sports complex. Perfect location for everything. We were 10 minutes from the fields and all food and grocery stores are right around the corner. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was just right. Everything was clean and comfortable. Jim was an excellent host, often replied to text before I could set my phone down. Very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Jim

Great property manager!

The property manager was courteous, friendly, informative and when an issue occurred was quick to respond and resolve it. The extra little touches that he did made you feel at home and comfortable.

Great place to lay your head

The cozy five room villa was a great place to go "home" to after a long day out and about. House was very clean, beds comfortable, and had every amenity in which we had a need, including camp chairs to sit on the sidelines of a soccer game. The owner was extremely gracious and brought in coffee and bagels for our breakfast as soon as he found out we would be arriving really late at night and would not necessarily have time to go to the grocery store before we arrived at the house. (thanks again Jim!) There is only thing I would recommend. Since we arrived so late at night, we could not see the house numbers from the street. My recommendation would be to light the house numbers so guests don't have to second guess which house to approach. I would definitely stay here again.

The home is so clean and confortable, it is close to a shopping center where you can buy anything needed. Sits in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to the highways. Jim is a wonderful, and we would truly recommend the place to family and friends.

Absolutely loved this house!

My sister and I were greeted with fresh fruit, breakfast items (since we were arriving so early) and a beautiful vase of carnations on the table! Having our own bedrooms with tvs, bathrooms, and a washer/dryer to use was so nice. The house is clean, modern, and in a very safe area. The pool is gorgeous and well taken care of. We actually had it to ourselves the entire week. The owner leaves a nice book of good places to eat/visit and always available if you have any questions. The location is perfect for shopping at a few different malls /various shops/plazas/tourist destinations/restaurants. Everything is close by. Even Chick Fil A of course! Definitely recommend this house and look forward to staying again my next visit.

Nice, clean, comfy villa!

Our family of 4 just stayed in this villa for 11 nights. It's a very spacious 2 bedroom villa with plenty of room for our family. When not out and about, our boys enjoyed the pool and fishing. Jim was very nice to work with- checking on us as we traveled down to Florida, having breakfast cereal, coffee, water, etc, when we arrived at the villa. I highly recommend this villa to anyone staying over 3 nights in Florida! Thanks so much, Jim!

Allison and her family are welcome anytime Allison communicated very well and they left the house in immaculate condition. They even washed the linens and placed them back in the closet I would highly recommend Allison and her family for any stay that anyone is considering her for!

Cozy Comfortable Peaceful

We had such a lovely time. We could not have picked a better place to stay. We walked in with a smile on our faces. Great neighbors and peaceful neighborhood. Good Stay

This place was everything it advertised itself to be. It was nice having a two bed two bath home to stay in while visiting the Orlando area. Much better and affordable than hotels especially during the time frame we went.

Winter in Florida!

My husband and I rented this great villa for two months ! We had a great experience! The owner, Jim, was such a good host. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. He had it spotless when we checked in as well as providing coffee and breakfast items.....even fresh flowers on the table to welcome us! He came by the first evening to answer any questions that we may have. It was spacious and so convenient to everything in Central Florida. We love the Sanford/ Lake Mary area and cannot wait to go back! The Gilleys from Virginia

Sue Ellen and Kenny were the best guest ! They were there for 2 months and left the house in spotless condition! They are friendly, warm and genuine and cared about their winter home! I would recommend them to anyone considering them as a guest! GREAT PEOPLE

Very well maintained and a nice comfortable place to stay.

This was my second time staying at the property and I would highly recommend staying at the property if you travel to Sanford. Jim is a gracious host who had juice, cereal, and cookies waiting for us when we arrived. The house was clean and comfortable. The house is close to the airport and very convenient to shopping and any place you could ever want to eat. I would definitely stay there the next time I come to Central Florida.
