Waverly, a four-bedroom oceanfront gem that is more than ready to accommodate the whole family, is perched on the west end of the island to give you a bit of peace and quiet while still being near all of the action. As soon as the sun comes up, listen to the tide ebb and flow on the furnished deck. Or, if everyone has built up an appetite from a full day at the beach, fire up the gas grill and have a casual cookout with loved ones. For more formal meals, the full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, wonderful white countertops, an island, dishwasher, and deep sink. Plus, everyone can be part of the conversation during meal prep with the dining area adjacent to the kitchen. When it is time to settle down, the living room features three sofas and a mounted flatscreen TV to make movie nights a breeze, and all four bedrooms are on each corner of the home to give everyone some privacy.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
