Stay in the heart of beautiful Old Historic St. Augustine. A leisurely 2 block stroll gets you to the plaza in the center of town. All of the finest restaurants, shops, and attractions are at your convenience. A 10 min drive gets you to the beach where we can provide beach chairs, umbrellas and parking right next to the beach. Other attractions such as the Ampitheater and Alligator Farm are a short drive. Walk to the downtown shopping district. Live it up! The nightlife is full of live music and bustling streets.

There were 4 of us for a 3 day stay. We were provided one towel and face cloth each for the 3 days. We were provided NO soap.There was mildew in tub/shower. The closet in small bedroom reeked an unpleasant odor. One of the twin bed mattress was badly stained and had no matress cover.

We were in town for a wedding and the location of the condo couldn’t have been better. We were able to walk to shopping, restaurants, bars to listen to live music. The condo is exactly what we expected from the online description and photos. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the back porch was great for morning coffee. Our host, Terri, was very responsive and extremely hospitable. She provided very clear directions for entry, parking, use of everything in the unit, and check out. I would highly recommend this property and would stay here again if we ever find ourselves in the area again.

Where to begin? The condo was just as lovely in person as it was in the photos. Very tastefully decorated right down to the owner’s artwork. Absolutely loved the primary bathroom…it was a huge, updated space with glass shower doors, tile and chrome hardware throughout. The kitchen was stocked appropriately (loved the Currier & Ives dishes). My husband and I enjoyed breakfast and lunch on the back porch many times. The location was ideal for our needs. We walked just mere blocks to shop, dine and tour museums. Drove to the beach only minutes away for morning walks. Great outdoor market on Saturday at the amphitheater. Would definitely stay at this property again. The owners haven’t missed a thing!

Perfect Location

The location of the property was perfect for sightseeing St Augustine sites. Everything at the property was as expected. The only thing that would have made the visit easier would have been to have beach chairs at the property rather than have to contact host to pick-up at their home.

Perfect for our weekend in town for our niece’s wedding. Walked to historic area a couple times. Nice to have a parking space. Spacious living area and nice flow in condo. Terri was helpful and condo was clean. Great stay!

My husband and I had a great time in St Augustine. The condo was very clean and a great location. We walked everywhere. Would highly recommend this place. Terri the owner was very easy to work with. Will stay here again when we come back to St Augustine.

The condo is very nice and walking distance to the square where there are many dining options. The property was very large and nicely appointed. Terry was incredibly responsive and helpful. This was a great find!

Christmas weekend

This place was amazing, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated. My only complaint was having to climb steps to second floor but everything else was great. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location for sightseeing!

Cute place! Beds were really comfy. We ate across the street at the old city house, it was wonderful! Martinis are good too! One small negative that could be taken care of, was it needs a professional deep cleaning. But like I said that can be taken care of, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again! Thank you, Terri!

Great location for St. Augustine.

Enjoyed our week long stay. We were able to walk to most location and the beach was only a 5 minute drive away. Condo had plenty of room for our family and kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to make dinners most nights. The area was very quiet and neighbors were quiet. No complaints.

Very relaxing stay!

Beautifullly decorated interior. I loved all the art. It was very hot outside which was a blessing because it forced us to rest. St Augustine has amazing history. Our 10 year old loved listening the historyand stories on the walking tours from our phones.

It was amazing. Well furnished and had every thing you could possibly need. The beds slept well and the colors were so relaxing. The only draw back was the stairs for a 79 year old heart patience was a little much in the hot weather but I would rent again.
