Regency Cabanas # B1 es administrado profesionalmente por Paradise Beach Homes.

Su experiencia en la playa comienza con los hermosos muebles contemporáneos y el flujo simple entre la sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina. La sala de estar ofrece asientos con un sofá seccional y televisión de pantalla plana. Oceanfront Perfection

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our group of eight. Each room is spacious, especially the main floor living, dining and kitchen when the whole group was together. The kitchen is well equipped for group cooking and eating. The view from both oceanfront balconies was perfect! The bedrooms are each comfortable, and the entire property was quiet at night. The large garage easily held our three vehicles and beach gear. The location right next to the beach walkover made days spent at the beach convenient. The condo’s private elevator made arrival and departure easy, as we brought in luggage, coolers, groceries, etc. from our vehicles. The condo was clean throughout, and furnished as picture.

You walk out of the unit, and start crossing the boardwalk to the beach. Both beach and unit were spotless. No clowns blasting music. Plenty drawer and closet space. Comfy furniture. Kitchen has two islands with storage, gear for cooking, modern appliances. Personal elevator from garage to top floor. Garage can hold up to 6 vehicles. Great friendly staff. How good was Regency Cabanas? We are already booked for next year!

There is so much room that we never felt cramped. Truly appreciated all of the covered parking and the elevator. The icemaker did struggle with making ice for a four-bedroom unit. One amusing feature is that the primary bedroom does not have a door to the main shower area and has a peak a boo opening from the bedroom to the tub. Overall, this is a fantastic unit and look forward to staying there again.

From Great Grandmother to great granddaughters, there is plenty of room for our family. Groceries and luggage (and great grandmother) are a breeze to take up the elevator, and proximity to the beach walkover couldn't be better. Beds are comfy, love having a gas grill to use.... great place! Already booked for next year!

Very long beach that's great for walking. The condo is large with more than enough room for our party of 8. The huge garage in which to park our vehicles was an unexpected bonus.The property was quiet & we never heard noise from neighbors. There are two pools on the property. We often had the entire pool to ourselves.

Beautiful

The walk over the dune boardwalk is right out the back door. Watching the dolphins swim by was a crowd pleaser for us and our invited guests. Back home in Utah now with a snowstorm dumping a foot or more today and tomorrow. It’s beautiful here too but there’s something about the gulf that keeps pulling us back. Thank you to the owners and to paradise for everything! See you next year!

One of the Best We Have Rented

CHARGED FOR A CLEANING SERVICE FEE WE DID NOT RECEIVE

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first impression upon walking in was that the place did not smell clean. Finger prints all over glass door, appliances smeared with streaks, lower walls and cabinets had grim on them. Cookie crumbs in the bed sheets. We washed all our own linens after removing them from all beds. Not one scent of cleaner anywhere! No freshness in the bathrooms or the living areas. Carpet and rugs were filthy as well as worn to the point that they need to be pulled up and thrown away. Bath mats full of hair and filthy to the point of disgusting. How could the cleaning crew NOT wash the bath and kitchen mats? The down stairs bath had plenty mildew on the shower door. One squirt of a bleach cleaner would kill that instantly. Upstairs showers seemed slippery on the tile due to soap scum. Obviously, the cleaning crew were clueless how to clean and we PAID for that cleaning service in our stay agreement. The funds should be refunded. We left the townhome cleaner than when we arrived. The reason we stay there is for a matter of convenience. Elderly parents need the elevator and easy access to the beach. Other than that we would reconsider another unit but there are not any close to the walkway like the one we stayed in. We have stayed in several other Regency Cabana townhomes, this one left us disappointed due to the poor nature of the carpet and the cleanliness. I hope the owners of this unit will take into consideration replacing the grotesque carpet and worn down sofa, especially due to the huge price increase for 2023. Very sad to have to report these negative facts to you. I'm sure it is important for your records in order to maintain an account of what your guest experience upon their stay.

Another Great Week at B1

Very pleased that issues we raised last year had been taken care of. New Issue: TV in double queen BR did not work, but was a minor annoyance. Cleaners should check under beds--we found a couple of banana peels under a bed while looking for child's lost shoes. Can't wait to come back again next year!

You literally walk out onto the beach from your back door and being able to leave all your beach gear in the garage and not track sand in the house is amazing! Having the elevator for sending stuff up and down was very helpful. The only thing I was kinda disappointed about was I thought the top level shared the balcony but you could only get to it from the master (and we didnt have the master this time). However I found that we didnt use either balcony much since the beach was just across the boardwalk. PBH was very helpful with everything. We definitely recommend this property and cant wait to visit again!
