As a mountain property, this condo does not have air conditioning, which is common for many homes in the area, but we understand that warmer days can still impact guest comfort. We provide fans and encourage guests to take advantage of cooler evening temperatures by opening windows to allow for airflow. We’re also sorry to hear that the cleanliness and furnishings did not meet your expectations. Cleanliness and guest comfort are very important to us, and we take feedback like this seriously. We're so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay! We do have location of pool and hot tub in the property instructions and the recommended places to eat are also in the email we send out prior to your arrival. Please just call us if you need recommendations on easiest way to the slopes :) We are happy to help. The deli hours are listed on Purgatory's website. We do perform kitchen inventory checks in the off-season so we will make sure to supplement or replace anything that is needed. Again, we are so glad you enjoyed your stay.
