NOTES: If looking at 6/13-21, 2026 for Laconia Bike Week, our association prohibits motorcycles, RV's and trailers so we would not be able to host you if planning to travel with any of those items. Also, the pool is currently undergoing reconstruction and closed until further notice.

Family friendly Lake Winnipesaukee view condominium at the desirable Samoset Complex.

Short walk to the lake and private sandy beach, as well outdoor pool during the summer season(Memorial-Labor Day). Lounge chairs provided at both. Access to tennis and basketball courts, lakeside firepit, drop-off boat dock, and kayak/paddleboard launch for those that would like to bring them with you.

Scenic mountain and lake views from the Deck, Living room, Dining room, and second floor bedroom. End unit with direct access to parking. Remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Wood burning fireplace in living room. Convenient second floor laundry(washer/dryer). Enjoy morning coffee on the screened in porch or on the deck. Air Conditioning, Smart TV and WiFI. Sleeps 6-8: Bedroom 1- Queen bed, Bedroom 2- Queen bed and Full bed, Pull-out sofa. First floor 1/2 bathroom, Second Floor 3/4 bathroom.

Located in Gilford, NH you are a short drive to other great year-round attractions- Gunstock Ski Mountain, Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion(concert venue), Weirs Beach and FunSpot, hiking on Mt Major, Tilton Outlet shopping as well as great area restaurants.

Refundable security deposit required- Any damage to property or fines incurred as a result of renter breaking association rules will be deducted from this deposit.

Long weekend stay

In the area for family wedding. Property was clean, quiet, and had great outdoor spaces. Morning coffee on back deck and screened in porch was great for unwinding at the end of the day. Able to take advantage of pool and spent time on beach watching the action on the lake.

Wonderful Place and great Location

My family and I stay this past week. It was our first time in New Hampshire and wow it was absolutely wonderful. The lake was magnificent and the place was fantastic, Thanks again looking forward to coming back.

Fantastic stay with a great host!

The property was absolutely perfect for our stay. Our children, ages 7-16, used the basketball court, pool, and beach and the adults loved sitting on the deck outback enjoying a glass of wine and the gorgeous view of Lake Winnie. The host was responsive and accommodating every step of the way. We look forward to returning in the fall!

Perfect lake-side getaway!

My girlfriends and I rented this condo for a long weekend trip and loved it! The lake view and outdoor sitting areas (porch and deck) made it easy to enjoy the surroundings. The condo itself was clean, cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking for a group of 5. The pool and lake were within a short walk and we also enjoyed a nearby dinner out at The Breeze and local hike at Mt. Major. Adam was very communicative and helpful, which made the trip all the more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great visit and would highly recommend this rental!

The Quiet Side of Lake Winnipesaukee

We enjoyed our stay at this Samoset condo. Our host Adam was very available to us, which was a good thing as we locked ourselves out of the condo while taking our luggage in. Be mindful of the code (write it down and keep it in a pocket) as the door automatically locks each time it is closed. The neighborhood is well kept and quiet. Great area for walking. Not too long of a drive to the busier areas of Wolfeboro and Weirs Beach. Our granddaughter oved all the Jimmy Buffet decor! As for just a brief statement about the cleanliness, upon arrival both the back deck and screenporch going into the condo needed to be swept. The closets upstairs, which housed the towels, etc., were both a mess with storage items...unsightly for guests to hang clothes in. Overall, we had a nice stay, really like the beautiful area, beach area, and pool. Appreciate Adam opening this property for guests.

A Wonderful Week With Our Grandchildren

This was our second visit to Samoset in as many years with our grandchildren and we had a wonderful time. The accommodations are absolutely wonderful nestled on the shores of a pristine lake in a perfect location. Our host, Adam and his wife, gave every attention to detail and the Samoset unit is everything and more than illustrated in the pics. Very clean, comfortable, thoughtfully arranged with hospitality in mind. We enjoyed every minute and look forward to visiting again.

Great location for a family and nice community for a family.

Nicely laid out, great host, excellent location, everything needed to cook and host. Only downside is AC upstairs is not in each bedroom, so in the summer it gets hot and there is no way to maintain privacy and stay cool because you need to keep the door open to the bedroom for AC to impact the bedrooms.

Birthday Getaway

We had a great stay at this property! Checking in and out was easy and there was plenty of parking. The condo is very well stocked with supplies. The beach access is a pretty far distance so my mother was not able to go down to the beach. We went to Weirs Beach during our stay and ate at Ellacoya Barn & Grill. Would stay here again if I was in the area!

Wonderful property, wonderful location!

We had an absolutely terrific time here! We went skiing at Gunstock which was a very short ride away, and were also able to enjoy the fireplace and views during the snow! Condo was incredibly clean, everything we needed was easily found, and there was comfortable sleeping arrangements for our family of 5. Host was easy to reach - we can't wait to come back!

Lovely lake view condo

This is a clean, comfortable, well stocked condo situated directly on the lake with excellent views. Easy check in/check out. Location was great-quiet condo community just far enough away and yet essentials like the grocery store and restaurants close enough.
