Our sunrise oasis is perfect for entertaining and having fun! Bring the whole family and enjoy the serene cove, crystal clear water and sound of the loons!

Our 3 bedroom 2 bath and very large yard is perfect for entertaining and relaxing. You will enjoy this beautiful spot overlooking Jordan's Bay on Sebago Lake. Take a kayak, paddle board or canoe and explore the cove and lake. The large flat backyard is perfect for playing lawn games or just hanging out. Dine on the deck or on the screened in porch. Access the water by walking right onto a sandy beach and float around in the clear crystal water.

Wonderful

We had an incredible week at Bridget’s property. The house was not only spacious and clean but also beautifully furnished, making it feel like a home away from home. Each of us enjoyed the luxury of our own private bedrooms and bathrooms, which added a great deal of comfort and privacy to our stay. The air conditioning in every room was a true blessing during the brief heat wave, keeping us cool and comfortable.The outdoor area was just as impressive. The flat grassy yard was perfect for playing yard games and enjoying the outdoors. The sandy beach provided easy access to the water, making it ideal for swimming and relaxing by the shore. We also appreciated the convenience of the large dock, which made mooring our boat a breeze.Bridget was an outstanding host. She was incredibly easy to work with and always responsive to our needs and questions. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to returning next year.

Even better than expected!

Highly recommend! Even though our weather wasn’t perfect, we were able to enjoy the yard, the water, the screened in porch, and local area! We rented a boat from Goodhue, ate lunch at Frye Island Cafe, and ordered pizza from Portland Pie Company. The place has everything you need and more and we hope to be back!

Amazing family spot!

This was our second year renting this property for a week, and we again had such an amazing time. Plenty of space for the kids to run and play and for the family to hang out, we have such a blast using the paddle boards, kayaks, and outdoor games available. Great neighborhood to go for walks or bike rides, and the absolute BEST swimming spot for the kids. The house is fully stocked with everything needed for am amazing vacation.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed staying at this property. When you drive up you do not think that it had all the space that it does. You open the door and and so pleasantly surprised. Screen porch my favorite. My family of 8 enjoyed the deck with pool table, lawn and two docks. The water was so clean.The view was great! I would recommend this property to friends for sure. Bridget is so friendly and accommodating, it was a pleasure to work with her.

Everything we could asked for and MORE

Bridget's property is amazing and she is a great host. I reached out with a question and she was extremely responsive. She checked in a couple of times to make sure we were enjoining our stay and if we needed anything. She even offered us early check-in/late checkout. The house was just what we needed, and although not the biggest for a group of 8, the massive yard and screened in porch make of up it. We were surprised to find many floats and yard games and a fire pit - the listing undersells it! We spent most of our time floating in the lake, which had the clearest water I've ever seen and hanging out on the screened in porch. We had the best time and hope to come back! Oh and the upstairs beds are VERY comfy.

Amazing stay

This is the best house we have rented in the area over the past several years. Great property, clean and comfortable, responsive owners, full amenities, easy access to lake. We had a blast. Highly recommend!

Perfect Vacation Spot

Wonderful home and perfect location. Lakefront lawn is a rare find on Sebago and perfect for games. Huge deck under spotted shade is a perfect spot for relaxing with a breathtaking view. We rented a boat and easily tied it to the large dock. Home is equipped with everything you need and very comfortable including the beds. We ate every meal on the screened in porch overlooking the lake. Home is perfect for families with teens as the basement rooms provide for some separation. Bridget is an excellent host. Clear communication and easy in and out. We hope to return.

Great house and location

The location for Sunrise is terrific. Wonderful views. Nice large, flat lot with excellent water access. Good docks and nice sandy beach w/ walk in access. The house is well equipped with everything you need. While not big, the house has lots of space and plenty of room for families and your things. I brought my boat and there was plenty of room in the driveway for my trailer and our suburban. It is an easy boat ride from the Raymond beach launch to the house. We had a wonderful vacation here. I just wish we could have stayed longer. And the owner, Bridget was very helpful and responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

Life is better at the lake

So many good things to say about this property. First, being in a cove is perfect for boat owners. The large lawn was great for games, and the set up of the porch area with pool table was a bonus. The house had everything you could need and more.

Christmas in Maine

Everything was as described. We have rented various homes in different areas of Maine and would rate this house as one of our top rentals. Clean, comfortable, well stocked and lots of little extras. There was even a little Christmas tree setup when we arrived. Bridget was a great host.
