Premier Location! Villa in Tree Tops of Holiday Shores with boat slip!

Welcome to Haven and Hill, a freshly renovated second tier villa in the treetops of Osage Beach, MO. This quaint second tier Villa situated in the woods overlooking the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks is only minutes away from a town full of life! Bagnell Dam strip, restaurants, night life, and shopping are only a short drive away! This individual Villa features 1500 square feet with 3 bedrooms 2 ½ bath to sleep 6 or 8 guests maximum. If two or more guests are under the age of 5, we will allow up to 10 guests per Villa. All linens and towels are furnished.
Feel like cooling off? Enjoy the community pool and attached splash pad for the kids, or take a short walk down to the private swim dock to take a dive into the lake!

*Please note that the pool will be closed for the 2022 season on September 26th.

**Bringing a boat? We have a private boat launch, and 24' covered dock slip available on site! Inquire for availability.


Villa features a living-room, dining-room, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, two decks and a gas grill.
The main floor houses the primary suite with a king size bed and full bath. Also on the main level is the living-room, dining-room, kitchen and a full size washer and dryer.
The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all cooking utensils you will need.
The upstairs bedroom features a queen bed and ½ bath.
The secondary suite is secluded in the lower level, and features a queen bed, private full bath and private outdoor deck.
Villa has two televisions with charter cable-tv and free wireless internet.
The only security camera is located at the front entrance.

Great property in great location

This house was clean and had great character. The location is terrific. We were close to attractions and the lake! We had prompt and informative communication from the owner. Night hours were quiet and peaceful. My family will definitely stay there again!

Overall our stay was very relaxing. Just what we needed. Cleanliness was ok but under beds were filled with dirty underwear, sheets, socks.

Excellent weekend getaway

My children, grandchildren, and I had a terrific getaway. We were all so impressed with the property as well as the communication and process. It was so easy! The on-site amenities were crucial to our stay, specifically the pool. This property was clean and cozy. We’ll definitely be back again.

Amazing Stay for 2022 Bikefest

This place was perfect for a quaint cabin/house to stay while we enjoyed Bikefest 2022! The location was perfect and the property owner was awesome! Unfortunately our daughter’s car broke down and we needed just a bit more time to fix it and get her back on the road. Had absolutely no issue and he let us stay until noon to ensure we had time to get the repairs completed! All around pleasant visit and stay!!

We are a lake loving family, who jumped at the chance to own a villa in this premier location! We have simply fallen in love with lake life, and Osage Beach. Our villa is the perfect combination of "in the middle of nowhere" and "close to everything"
