Beautiful Townhome with Ocean View at St Augustine Beach

Poolside, ocean view 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 story townhouse at St Augustine Beach. You can feel the sea breeze and fall asleep to the sound of the Atlantic Ocean surf. The Sea Place Complex is right off historic Butler Beach on A1A South. Conveniently located in the center of all that Anastasia Island has to offer: great restaurants, shopping, water sport rentals, great fishing, beautiful beaches and much more.

The master features a king bed and private master bath with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and down the hall from the second bedroom is a full bath with a tub/shower combo. TV’s are in each bedroom as well as a large flat screen in the family room. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave and dishwasher. There is a sleeper sofa in the family room (unit sleeps 6). Washer and dryer also in unit for laundry. Linen and towels are fully stocked. Free wireless internet also provided.

The complex has 2 pools, private tennis courts, basketball hoop and private walkway to beach. The courtyard and large sunbathing area around both pools offer space to relax and watch the sunrise and sunset.

This property is a short drive to historic downtown St Augustine with its historic buildings, Fort and famous St George Street. St Augustine is known for its historic charm, gorgeous port and Ponce de Leon Fountain of Youth. St Augustine has many golf courses nearby including those at Golf World Village, TPC Sawgrass, the St Johns County course and many others for every playing level and price range. Football fans will love the proximity to Gainesville and Jacksonville. Orlando and Disney World are 2 hours away.

St. Augustine Getaway

The property was just as advertised. The host was very responsive and was flexible and generous in accommodating a special request. It was well stocked with everything needed for the kitchen, playing at the beach and linens/towels. We really enjoyed how close it is to the beach and pool and especially loved waking up to watch the sunrise and playing in the tide pools. We can’t wait to return!!!

Great Beach Property in St Augustine

We were very happy with our stay at this property. The owner was very communicative in letting us know promptly upon arrival that washer died the day before our arrival and that he'd reimburse us for any laundry that we may have needed to have done, however, he promptly took care of things and it was replaced during our stay while we were out, and he kept us well informed of the progress. It was a very slight inconvenience that did not affect our stay overall, hiccups happen and we were pleased despite this. They graciously allowed us use of their (4) beach chairs, beach towels, beach tote bags and a little Playmate ice chest during our stay so that we didn't need to purchase or rent chairs, they did have one beach umbrella available, however we used our own. The beach is a reasonable walk from the unit and we could see the water from our balconies. It was a nice place to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals during our stay, even had some spices available. The unit is a bit older, but it is well taken care of. I would recommend a stay here, and our family would be happy to stay here again if we were to return to St Augustine.

This is our 2nd time staying in this condo. We’ve been staying in various units in Sea Place for over 20 years. This unit is our favorite we’ve stayed in so far. It was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were comfy as well. We hope to stay again next year!

Impeccable condo

This condo is well situated on the beach with a view of the ocean from two balconies. It is very clean and well-equipped with everything you need for a perfect vacation. We found it to be very comfortable. The owner is helpful, accessible, and friendly without being intrusive. We hope to be back to this condo!

Pleasantly Surprised

The property was fantastic! The beds were super comfortable and everything was clean. The kitchen was surprisingly stocked with everything you may need to cook, including spices! They even had a mesh tea strainer and we made sun tea! There were 4 beach chairs and an umbrella that made it easy for us, not to mention the amount of Beach and pool toys! It was a wonderful trip and the property made it very comfortable for us. Thank you so much! We hope to be back again!

Excellent value and location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was well stocked, clean and cozy. Balconies overlook the pool and offer great views of the ocean...as advertised. I hope to visit again in the future. It's easy to see why Mark is a Premier Host.

Hidden gem

This condo is one of the best reasonably priced ones we have stayed in St. Augustine, and this is our 3rd trip. It was last min but clean and ready to go for us. Short walk to the beach and pool! We enjoyed every bit!

Perfect place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the moment we walked in the door, to the moment we RELUCTANTLY closed the door! The location was excellent, very central to everything we needed. 5 minutes from our daughter's place, 10 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. The view of pool and beach was excellent! The property is immaculate and decorated beautifully with every amenity you could want. Beach toys, umbrellas etc. We will definitely be coming back, thanks for a great stay!
